I'm a trainer with a client who loves working in the pool but wants some new exercises, these are great! I can't wait to work through these with them at our next session!
Y'all are precious!! I'm a physical therapist and had a patient that wanted me to help her do some pool exercises. These are simple but great!! I love how you incorporate full hip articulation with the knee swings (and the figure 8's you did in another video!). And I even love the music you have in the background!! Plus you exercise model is knocking it out of the park!! I will share these with my patient and give her this link as a reference! Y'all are great! Keep up the awesome work! :)
Thanks for your nice comment. If you have clients who would like to exercise in the pool, please let them know about the Poolfit app & streaming platform, which includes this full-length video. poolfit.tv/water-workout-videos
Love this for me in my pool as I recover from a torn meniscus. Word of CAUTION about standing twist with feet together - might stress a senior knee even in the water. Thanks for this video
When you’re in the water it is difficult to go to your iPhone or iPad and stop the video and then start it again for the next exercise. These are great exercises but I recommend doing another video that would have the entire length of each exercise so there is no stopping to pause the video going back-and-forth between the pool and phone or iPad. So for instance when you say do an exercise for two minutes how does one know when their two minutes are up unless they’re following an instructor in a video?
Keep in mind. This is just a trailer for the full length video. If you are trying to follow along with pool workouts. I would recommend checking out poolfit.tv/water-workout-videos There are some full-length sample pool workouts. There is also an IOS and android app for Poolfit that you can try downloading the sample workouts on

Can I use this video for my Community pool excise class? Is there a copyright on this video?
