I know this is an old video. But, you should definitely buy a burr grinder, instead of the blade-like you're using. You'd think it wouldn't really make a difference, but it DOES. That blade grinder will give you inconsistent grinds every single time, and regardless of what beans you're using, it's never going to be as good tasting as it can be, unless you use something that's giving you consistent grinds. They're expensive, yes. But if you drink coffee for coffee, and not just for the caffeine, it's most definitely worth the investment.
Just saw your video, and there is a tab in the back of the bag, pull that and you can use the ziplock to close the bag
Did you find the little tab on the back that you pull?
I usually cut the bag open to avoid having this happen.

Leeory's is weak coffee, sad to say. It should've been one of the stronger flavorful sort. My dad likes weak coffee, I should give him some.
