No Airspeed! Let's fly anyway.....

I've found this video of a social media pilot flying with his pitot cover on. This has been the cause of airplane crashes in the past and should be treated seriously.
I analyse how a pilot could possibly get airborne with no airspeed information in this video.
Also a little theory on how an airspeed indicator works!
