The Momcozy m5 had a shorter flange tunnel. Since I have elastic nipples, it would eventually stretch over to the other end and touch the back end. It didn’t feel too comfortable. As for the mobile style pumps, I noticed that it is longer and I was able to pump longer with no discomfort. As for settings, it is quite similar. The shape of the mobile style is better than the m5 as it is more of a natural boob. The m5 capacity is 5oz and the mobile style capacity is 6oz. If you have any more questions please let me know.
