It's always so interesting to me how little Morj seems to connect to storylines that play heavily into class consciousness and social inequality. Obviously he does with One Piece, which certainly plays heavily to that, but it often seems like either those kind of storylines or deeper elements of them bounce off of him.

As far as Ace in Marineford, Ace wasn't having a straight up fight with Akainu. He died to save Luffy. He and Akainu never had a fair 1 v 1. Ace was at least Yonko 1st commander level, especially considering he had advanced haki
