I wanted to comment once again on this short film. It was delightfully written and I was stunned by all the positive commentary. Two humorous characters have obviously been created and so many would love to see them again. Encore! Encore!
I agree with all the ositive comments about this production! I would love to see this as a series gently exploring so many topics in their gentle but humorous way.
What an excellent film! Sweet, funny story and with amazing acting. If only half Hollywood's output could be this good. Better-drawn characters in 11 minutes than any of those blockbusters can manage in 90. Loved it ❤
I went to school when Nuns were very Old School.. Didn't care for any of them, save one or two, and they were the elderly ones .. They were adorable, just like these two! ❤️❤️
I'm 66 and though I'm secular, I'm still pretty Judeo-Christian in my ethical outlook. Yet, at this age, I am thinking about how I'll die more than I am dreading dying. For a while, I leaned toward suddenly and in my sleep. But recently, that scenario she put out there of, surrounded by loved ones while resting comfortably, then not lingering too long gets my vote.
Greetings, brianarbenz7206 as a former secular humanist and now a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ may I encourage you to please read the Bible and start with the book of John. You see friend are days are all numbered. We need not worry about how we will die, but rather where will we be received. I marvel at the love of God that sent His only begotten Son into the world to reconcile us to the Father. This Christ did willingly when He was crucified for the sins of all people. We need only repent of our rebellion and sin against our Creator and Holy God. When we repent it literally means to have a change of mind. Not my way, but Gods way. In 2Corinthians 6:2 it reads, "for He says, “AT A FAVORABLE TIME I LISTENED TO YOU, AND ON A DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU.” Behold, now is “A FAVORABLE TIME,” behold, now is “A DAY OF SALVATION”- Hell is real and God desires that none should perish. "for “EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.” Rom 10:13. Just wanted to share this with you. I pray you make that eternal decision for life in Christ. May you and your loved ones have a wonderful Merry Christmas. Let us not for Christ is the reason for the season. God became a man and dwelt among us. God bless you.
I'm turning 70 and had my Taro Card reading at 19. Almost everything I was told 51 years later has turned out as predicted. Like you it's not death that bothers me; it's how I get there. I'm supposed to live to a ripe old age, which I have on authority of many elder care support workers, "ripe old age" starts around 85. But, I was told :"You will be healthy but, die a violent death."😢 I've always had a dark sense of humor. I can handle violent, providing it's quick. I just would prefer not to be in pain for hours.
If you haven’t done so,ask Jesus for forgiveness of your sins, believe his death on the cross paid the full penalty for your sins and you will be saved and spend eternity in heaven.✝️
What a wonderful film!. Kudos to all involved. There can be an upbeat side to being well-aged. Ms. Herman and Ms. Sigall are absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the joy you've given.👏👏👏👏👏🙏
A woman I once knew gave me some sage advice. "Only break the rules because you want to, not because someone else told you that you couldn't do those things." Meaning that, if you think it's unsafe to do, don't do it.
SOOOOOOOO GOOOD !!!! As another person commented, let there be a sequel or a very long series !!!! I can see these two getting into lots of situations 😂😂😂
The actresses are AMAZING! I fell in love with them. ❤❤ I loved their relationship. It was absolutely beautiful. I think I feel some envy as well. Thank you for this creative masterpiece! Women are wonderful 👵🏻🧓🏼👩🏿🦱👩🏻🦰👩🏼🦳👱🏾♀️🧕🏽👧🏼👩🏿🧑🏼🦳👩🏻🎤👩🏽🌾🦸🏽♀️👸🏾🧜🏿♀️🧚🏿♀️👩🏼🚀👩🏻🏫
Wonderful.I am 84yrs,widow.Chronically ill, with a dark sense of humour,Catholic.Have juggled with all the way out,s of life they suggested except falling from a building.I think a lot of elderly people are of the same mind.Your tour of duty is finished so lets take the bus to Heaven, alas Hopefully
IN 1977 or 78 I went to a Reds game with some students and 5 to 10 nuns from Edgecliff/Our lady of Cincinnati and they drank a LOT of beer. Beer was being made in Egypt around 2000 BC, I read some paper that somebody theorized that was why some people abandoned nomadic lifestyle.
The famous abbess, Hildegard von Bingen of the 12th century had her nuns drink beer because the water was so polluted until she was able to to find a way to get fresh running water direct to the convent. She was a lady ahead of her time. This should be a movie.
Wicked. These two nuns were incredibly naughty as were the 2 actors - Carol Herman and Eve Sigall. The script was so very good. Would there be more please?
I'm an old lady- not Catholic, but raised in an area where there were a lot of nuns, and when I was young they wore traditional "habits." They always embodied a sense of mystery and, due to Catholic school stories from bus riders attending those schools, quite a bit of dread! The old rebel in me heartily approves these two old biddies, and I tip my glass (currently of sherry) to them! I'd certainly love to see them again, but for the sake of their own happiness, maybe they should both go to Jesus together!
I feel a “better” (more fitting) ending would have sister Mary not waking up. Alva would shake her, look distressed, then sigh in relief. Say something like “Happy for you. I’ll see you again soon sister Mary.”
SPOILER ALERT: The story arc was from praying to die, to playing to live. The viewer's anticipation of what living they would get up to the next day, while life was now more precious, allowed us to feel their awakened excitement, and curiosity about living, too. All that would have been lost, if Sister Mary had died then.
"I think is might be envy." I about spit out my tea. What a line! So enjoyed this vignette. Thanks for making my day!
They do look like mischief makers. It would be great to see them again!
Very Trouble with Angels vibe.
"What if I do fall accidentally from the bell tower"?.."I'd be so happy for you" 😂🤣☺
PLEASE, continue their story! I just love this offering! 💚
Loved it. Those two were precious
This video is priceless! I love these nuns, and we all want to see more!❤
This is cute & comical. I like how the main characters carry the whole story. There definitely could be more adventures for these two gals.
Agree!!!!!
"You can have a family and a career!" This is so cute.

..more of these 2 please! 😍🤩🥰
Those nuns were great, asking the existential questions we all wonder about.❤
I agree with everyone in the comment section. I would love to see more of these ladies.
Very fine little film. Nothing like a pair of (slightly) mischievous nuns.
LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS!
What an absolute GEM! I'm already ADDICTED to these two LOVELY Sisters, can't WAIT for MORE! 🙏🫂🥹🤗💞

@@stevelight2061 I live in a nation which declared its independence from the English monarchy. So why should I be ruled by King James?
Loved it! And the acting is amazing!
I could watch them all day - delightful

As I grew-up Catholic this really tickled...😊
This is incredibly sweet and gently deep for something on the comedy channel. It balances all of these things really well.
Sister Antonia was obviously the head nun who kept these 2 in line...
We should always live like we might die tomorrow :)
The Nuns are adorable, great job 👏 👍
A dark but funny look at mortality. These two sweet, gentle souls are hilarious❤

Sooo precious 😂🥰...and very sweet 'therapy' for one raised Catholic by concussion...🥴😅

Best Omeleto… a lot of messages in this clip..
Exceptionally delightful.
Two wonderful characters beautifully played. I enjoyed this so much.
"Would you have possibly been cleaning the bell?"
We here at the Vatican approved of this video. ;)
Ride or die, baby❣️
Great job. Very deliberate. Love that.

Thats why the Bums stay in the cities

instantly a favourite!
Beautiful!! This would make a wonderful movie!! Ax
Oh, nuns drink! Even cloistered sisters are offered wine to enjoy at least once a year! 😊
This was excellent! They make a funny match. Nuns trying to drink beer, I think Jesus drank it? They had wine…
Our Fathers at the St. Theresa School bazaars never had any issues with drinking a beer. 😂 Or two. ❤
Well actually they did also drink beer. It’s in the fictional book called the bible apparently. Get reading.
Not fictional, but I can see how someone might say that without knowledge.

Who are the real sisters? They are quite a duo of hilarity.
These ladies are so cute.I hope you continue their journey
Great!!! And the actresses are amazing. BRAVO !!!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

this was AWESOME. great story, even better characters. loved these two - well done!
What a beautiful little film, and the actors are terrific!
This is sweet, funny, charming.
Fantastic acting job by the Ladies! Thank you so much for your performances!
Dear ladies, whispery voices saying radical stuff. Love them.
This one has been shown before. It is my absolute favorite of all the Omeleto videos. Thank you for it again.
I so enjoyed this short film, I watched it twice and sent it to three of my friends. It was so well do and touching!
They have to be Anglican Nuns! Adventurous!
Oh wow, a gift I didn't know I need. Thank you for creating this.
Love it! Never too late to be a rebel!
O melhor shorts que já vi.. muito espirituoso e nos dá uma lição.
This was 😂😂😂 thank you for the laughs! And the messages ❤
This is so good there should be loads more episodes! ❤
Yes, the had mead beer, made from honey I believe 😂
Mead is not beer.
The actors were so good!
Magnificent film - thought I would die laughing during the swimming lesson.
This is amazing. How such little views!? Has to be reward worthy.
As we age - many moments like the ones portrayed!
Wonderful story and high praise for their acting and your production work. Maybe a continuation?
Beautiful
I love this. I'm going to close my eyes now
Grew up with nuns and just love this.
This was fun. Loved it. Great acting, lovely heart-felt story with very lovable characters
These two are so cute and sweet and funny! I absolutely fell in love with them. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry❤❤❤❤

Great film and story. Well done and thanks to the actresses.
One of the best. So funny ❤
Thank you 🙏 that make me cry 😢
Thank you so much for this short story, it was so wonderful to watch…
BRAVO! BRAVO! Was a delight to watch 😊
This was great!!
I love this film!
I love love love these nuns! I love this piece. Beautifully done.
I feel a “better” (more fitting) ending would have sister Mary not waking up. Alva would shake her, look distressed, then sigh in relief. Say something like “Happy for you. I’ll see you again soon sister Mary.”
That would've been a cheesy ending and I wouldn't have respected it, personally. This is a comedy. They got it perfect as is.
@@joy-of-chemotaxis Felt like it had more beyond being a comedy. Art can be more than one thing
