I just recently made that crockpot creamy chicken dish but served it over mashed potatoes. Sooo yummy. I love me some loaded baked potato soup. I don’t eat it very often, because it is pretty high in fat with all the cream, cheese, sour cream, etc. But that is what makes it so yummy. Totally worth it.

I made this chicken and pasta crockpot meal the other day with cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and red pepper flakes for my cheat day as I am normally keto and it was delicious! I think you had it on another video. Love your vids, you guys are great!
I do one similar to the pork/chicken recipe. I cut potatoes in to quarters and then slice potatoes kind of thinly, add fresh/frozen broccoli & cauliflower cut up. Then I cut either pork or chicken into bite size pieces and cook it that way. Stirring/turning it a couple of times. Then just before we take it out we put grated Parmesan cheese over it! Delicious!!!! 😋

Agree with Bucky. Either some thawed frozen broccoli, of small pieces or blanched fresh broccoli - I would also saute some mushrooms & onions to add in. I'm sure even fresh/frozen peas or green beans or carrots could work also. Adjusting cooking time of course.

That potato soup could do with some grated carrot and sour cream! I thicken mine with some Idaho brand instant potato flakes instead of using flour, I sautéed my onion and celery in bacon grease for flavor! I do not use cream cheese, but I do use chicken broth as well as the sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
I’m not a big fan of soup... I actually HATE soup but you’ve definitely changed my mind! I watched this video as soon as you posted it and automatically knew I had to try the potato soup ASAP! I went and got the ingredients and cooked it and my family just finish eating and Jessica,OMG it was AMAZING! I changed 1 thing though,instead of having bacon just on the top I cooked up a bit more,chopped it and added it to the crockpot the last 10 minutes of the soup being cooked,Then topped it off with a little more once it was in the bowl! Only thing I’m upset about is I didn’t cook enough to take for lunch tomorrow !! But this will definitely be a repeat meal in my house now,Great Job You guys and thanks for sharing!
Mr B you must be reading my mind about the biscuits and gravy. My Daughter started using bacon grease to start her Sausage Gravy, and then after it starts to thicken adds the Sausage. Man...the best Sausage Gravy Ever!!! Her breakfast is legendary...on your plate, you get a pile of bacon, sausage patties, biscuits (frozen biscuits are just like homemade, and beat canned hands down) then eggs fixed like each person wants. The only thing missing is potatoes.
