How about a version of this for those of us with bad knees and with limited flexibility? This workout is great for younger and mostly fit fathers, could you do a video for the rest of us?
Hey Joel, thanks for writing in! We do offer modified knee-friendly routines for our program members but in the mean time, any of these movements can be subbed in for any movements that cause you irritation: th-cam.com/video/ks6lsW2vkOw/w-d-xo.html Best of luck brother! -The FFP Team
Great question! Sometimes, really intense workouts aren't ideal with a potential cortisol surge. However, for more information, check out some of our helpful YT videos from our Fit Mother Project YT channel here: www.youtube.com/@FitMotherProject/videos Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Great question! Our backs are at risk for injury if we are not vigilant in activating our core. When we flex our mid-section, our back naturally straightens to help protect the spine. So as long as you are keeping your core nice and tight, your back should be safe. Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Thanks for writing in! You can try Squat Thrusts instead. Not as big of a movement but still works the core a good deal and is also explosive: th-cam.com/video/F1kVWDpH6co/w-d-xo.html Best of luck! -The FFP Team
Begin very light. I would suggest starting out with only body weight, just lunge with no weights, focus on form first. After 2 weeks add 5lb dumbbells to each hand then gradually move up to 10lbs. This is for YOUR benefit, don't worry about anyone around you.

How do you feel about combining HIIT and LISS? For instance, 30 min HIIT or MRT followed by 30 min LISS?
Very solid option! As long as you are ordering it HIIT first, LISS second, I think you have a solid recipe here.
Best of luck!

Is it safe for one with occasional back pain?

How much weight for kettlebell and dumbbells for an over 50 male just starting out?
I’m 57 - 20lbs work for these exercises for me.
I’m 67 and returning to the gym after surgery. I use 2x10lb dumbbells. Kettlebell = 20lb.
And I have a bum right knee.
Begin very light. I would suggest starting out with only body weight, just lunge with no weights, focus on form first. After 2 weeks add 5lb dumbbells to each hand then gradually move up to 10lbs. This is for YOUR benefit, don't worry about anyone around you.
Cool
I can tell he never been out of shape. He said 10-15 burpees if you’re outta shape 😢😂
Those kettle
bell swings are not really correct......
First
Who wants to do burpee’s at age 58?
Exercise is not the best way to maximize fat loss. If you ate a loaf of bread before your fat-burning workout, are you still burning fat maximally?
No point in exercise then?
Agree, nutrition is more important for fat loss. However resistance and cardio training help and provide other (major) health and strength benefits.
