    What about if the house is under the wife's name only and later she got married? Can he sign a paper where he consents the selling without being on the listing?

    So my exclusive Listing agreement says You know when the house is sold I will pay this firm six percent And then a couple of lines down It says Cooperative Form Seller agrees to pay Two percent to the buyer's agent is that a total of 6% just making sure they're not trying to you know
