I think you made a little error for the fourth case: The Underminer, particularly his total charge of crimes at which he was charged with terrorism( 9:39 ). His sentence at that time would be: Death + 2 years, then he would get 20 years and $1 M added when he was stealing the money from the bank he sank under the surface( 9:48 ). And unless I'm mistaken, his terrorism charge would've also be property damage, which would make him pay up to the fine for his bank robbery charge(?)
