Lyrics:
Shes gonna cut my head off But i don’t care
I don’t care.
She’s gonna cut my head off But i don’t care.
They say you clean up nice, You look like a dead man
Like a dead man.
She said “you dress up nice” I feel like a dead man
A dead man//
Culture is so claustrophobic, Claws to prove it, hurts so good.
And the partys over I’m still on your couch, I’m Not lost..
And if there is a line
I know you won’t cross it Take your time
(take your time)
But i might die (die)
Shes gonna cut my head off But i don’t care
I don’t care.
She’s gonna cut my head off But i don’t care.
They say you clean up nice,
You look like a dead man Like a dead man.
They say “you dress up nice” I feel like a dead man
A dead man//
like a dead man//
How can i rest in peace if i’m bured by a highway? Paint on the keys
Is everybody still breathing?
Weight of my shadow
It gets more heavy And it scares me.
The cherubs are scared Yea x3
It’s when the hearts collide Yea x3
Speeding with no drive Yea x3
Just let the light expire Yea x3
You say
“You know that’s it’s fine” Yea x3
I say
“I know that it’s fine”
You said
“It’s only a fire”
I think it’s more than a fire...
Shes gonna cut my head off But i don’t care
I don’t care.

Everybody hates the algorithm until it blesses you with its inner beauty
Facts hahah
The algorithm is only a reflection of what a person watches and listens to. To brag, my algorithm is constantly recommending me gems lol.
This is shit, thus the algorithm is still shit.
This is not it
today was my day
In an alternative world where alternative was still king, this spends a few weeks on the #1 spot.
Hipster indie aesthetic is the default alternative aesthetic since the 2010s.
I just left his show in Atlanta. The crowd was deader than expected the entire show and then he came on and commanded the whole stage! Moshed with us and everything! Future legend in the making!
Imagine going to an underground show and nobody shows up except you and this band...performing in an empty room but still playing their hearts out...
and you become their first fan., and years after you still in first row.
Honestly would be the best moment in my life
I’m still thrashing shit and dancing my heart out because if it sounds this good in my earphones it probably feels like drugs live!!
i'd rather there be a room full of people
Been to some empty shows with some dope bands. They played for 20 or 30 people and were dope as fuck.
Kenny Hoopla is simultaneously the past and the future
Reminds me of the late 90s music. Little nostalgia.. crazy
Getting major Bloc Party vibes from this, it's so good.

There’s plenty of bands that have popped up recently, I think this is the next step for pop punk. These guys definitely have an outstanding sound though. Sounds like if the Night Riots singer was replaced with King Krule.

Doesn't he though? He's beyond amazing... I'm 43 - grew up in DC during the post-hardcore Fugazi Era. And the first album I bought with my own money was the Cure's "Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me". I haven't stopped listening to KennyHoopla for months now, dancing and singing in too a hairbrush like I'm 16 again. Punk never died. It might have evolved, branched out, grown differently from what it used to be, but the chore of it still exists. Check out "Trapdoor Solution" and "Smoke & Mirrors" from The Hives' (they're getting old by now, but yet they refuse to grow old) latest album, released a month or two ago, if you feel like it. That whole album has some old school punk in a nonsense-yet-melodic songs, combined with other more rock n' roll-sounding songs throughout the album, if you want a good listening.
