That's why she didn't take immunity. She regrets every choice she's made.

One of the worst defense strategies i have ever witnessed during my 45 years of watching/reading about trials. This attorney was so bad, he actually helped bury Charlie even deeper. He was slow, not interesting, not convincing. If he really thinks that Katie is a criminal mastermind who extorted the Adelson's, then this lawyer is an absolute idiot.
