This is a cool idea, however, if we are talking about an NIL tournament that is also a play-in for the CFP tourney, scheduling would be very complicated since the time between Conference Championship weekend and the CFP tournament will continue to shrink as the new CFP schedule changes over the next couple of years.
While we would love for this to be like March Madness, one college football team can only play once per week due to the physical nature of the sport.
