Personally, I think if you want to make the additional effort, you can update both sheets simultaneously, my thought in this is, at some point, Nora will be outdated, and only having a sheet based on her buffing "everyone" will distort the sheet in the future, or more like, you have to then recalculate everything once she falls out of the meta compositions. So for me, either go with both, and maybe drop the Nora buff sheet once it's out of the meta, or just go without the buff sheet. I just want you to not have too much work :)
I think the reason for the different amplify is Sylvie, if you're using a mixed team with thunder imbue it's unlikely you'll go without her so 50% or 60% doesn't really matter that much. Duane would need to run with Lehftia which is meh... Of course if you have a full thunder team and only need one burst none of this really matters but for any other case Sylvie is gonna be there.
That EX 3 passive unlock is such a pain. Most if not all units unlocks major passive at EX 2, putting it at EX3 feels like its going to hurt alot of players unless one gets really lucky pulling multiple copies every single draw.
@@frostkie8002 tsukiko is easier to gear and honestly, i ran some tests into damage(manage to get a copy on ticks and ex1 her) and tsukiko is able to outdps nora in some situation especially outside of CoW due to evocation damage being a whole different multiplier in damage. I do have to say Nora does have better utility, its just that locking it behind ex3 is such a bad move on gumi. I understand ex2 but ex3 requires 4 copies and requires uber rng to even get that many copies. If you look into old units, ex3 are where they shine but newer units excels at ex2 while ex3 is just a nice little boost. Locking it behind ex3 is just too much nowadays due to powercreep and such. I drew the full VC banner and didnt even manage to draw her, im not mad but without some rng on ur side it is going to hurt alot of players.
Your best bet off the top of my head without delving into the depths of your sheet, is to add a checkbox to the left of unit name. Then code it into your values so that units who have a mod buff apply it to the formulas when checked (signifying that they are in party to provide it). That way it skews all relevant values to skew in the favor of units that are receiving benefit.
That seems like a very easily skippable unit to me, though her on banner card might be worth chasing... But maybe not (as the element it brings does not have good leaders or support)
of course Duane would be better......and of course I wouldn't have him.......and of course the chance of randomly getting him is nigh upon impossible with the atrocious NV rates and the fact that GUMI has kept all NV units in the pool
Her primary element is lightning and practically no other global lightning unit can quad cast bolting strike.....so I'm thinking that Esther's crowns are going to give her a quad cast to help with that. I'd also like to believe that the same will be granted to Sylvie, because her BS form, I'd argue, needs it at this point.
Her being physical type magic dps is a big letdown for me. I know it's not a big deal for you, but for me I am severely lacking on the magic type magic dps and have no good magic VCs. I was so tempted to pull on her step-up for the VC, but Squall right around the corner Its not worth for me. I'm currently relying on my 1/3 ex dark rain and 1/3 ibarra for my "magic" DPS for DV and it's depressing 😂
I think you're just seeing the limitations of a Google Sheet, I think a perfect damage spreadsheet would be on a webpage with the ability to toggle things like Sylvie/Nora mods, toggle different tier of leader skills etc. But of course your spreadsheet is absolute BiS so I think the question is, will Nora always be in party? I'd say probably not, she doesn't have the same utility as Sylvie but I actually think you should put her mod in her damage alone because if you're using Nora, you're using her mod.
If you were to evaluate the extra damage provided by her SLB as *her* damage, can't you basically think of it as an attack with a 50x mod x [the number of morale scaling LB damage dealers in your party]? In a lot of cases isn't that likely to only be the equivalent of a 150x / 200x / 250x damage SLB, depending on team composition?
Can we combine the area effects? Like using her area to decrease enemy's fire resistance and using Kid's fire area to buff fire skills for the party at the same time? :)
I think Noras buffs should count only for her in the spreadsheet because she isnt good enough to be included in ANY team imo. She will always buff herself, but she is not a Sylvie level of a unit to be in every party. Even if this CoW requires 200 acc, we can bring Sylvie + a TDH team and there you have it.
It seems like the global team doesn't even keep track of their on designs. You would think that they would try and up the ante to make the new units more enticing to pull for. I don't feel this is worth it.

I'm gonna skip. I have enough lightning and fire clash units. I haven't even bothered changing my clash team for the last 3 CoW. I even pulled for FA Rain, Ibara, Dioxius? And Dwayne. I have most of them at EX2. Haven't used them once. If she was a normal magic mage for DV, that would sell her for me. I don't have many good magic mages for DV.
So it's like what I was expecting from what I saw in the live stream. She does nice damage but that's mostly it. Boring kit with nothing outstanding besides her accuracy buff which better not be mandatory for this cow, otherwise there will be a riot again.
I returned to the game after a year or two break. I managed to pull a ton of NV units, upgraded old characters to NVs, got some NVs to EX 3, then completed the campaign for Lapic. I'm sitting at 40k. Feeling like I should sit this one out. Anyone here think I should wait?
@theIEF4 normally SLB units have 3 areas most are good in 2/3 areas. 1st Limit burst (normally pretty good damage if not top. Talking the super limit decent limit) 2nd is passives (buffs to self Stata Buffs to others stats) as without good passives they are really a bad unit. 3rd is abilities what does the unit provide overall. Can they buff specific damage. Do they only buff themselves? Are they more damage oriented. Utility oriented. If an SLB unit doesn't provide 2/3 of SLB, utilities/buffs, abilities I pass. I will be passing on her. Since I spend lightly. I will do the $11.99 one. If I get her great. If not. Not worried about it. She's not a great SLB unit. She's mediocre. Good to potentially have for some of her utility buffs but not necessary at all. Better units will be on the way.

Its your typical SLB curse units needs always EX 3 to maximize their kit

Fortunately, Tsukikos role in recent fights is almost support and chain, the damage is a small bonus. Although optimum definitely needs Ex3

Her 200% accuracy buff must be compensating for her not having true doublehand's inherent accuracy buff

Yeah we still haven't got good leaders in water team. The card is good investment I believe. So far I have collected thunder, ice and dark imbue cards
