She is pure damage with little support, usually fading away with how fast new units come out. I have thave mixed feelings regarding her. I might wait till next week till diouxes comes out.
I would suggest deciding between her and Dioxus. Then using however many tickets you are comfortable with losing toward that end. If you get her, get the frags from her step-up (Vision Card optional, because it's kind of bad if you have good VC coverage). If you don't, move on and continue saving for Rain. She's good, worth investing in if you get her, but not quite good enough to chase if Lapis is at all tight.

those calcs are with the new clash -atk% mod included (a mod for this month specifically). that mod is a HEAVY nerf to all physical units, while mages are not affected

about your statement of ibara's LS I don't agree with you that is less good then Dioses's because if you try to build a dark magique team it could be better than dioses. You can build one with ibara, dark rain, golbez (who can imperil and break with is upgrade stmr), asura dark fina for the buff and the field, the new shantoto, lynx from the collab with chrono cross, melissa with ayaka's vision card, olivera in the base form and you can always give a unit the erineys ring with the tmr of harvey. I think a magique dark team would be interesting to build and see the dps and also just a reminder for everyone LS are great but if you can't build a team with, it pretty useless. Also sorry for the broken english, it is not my first language.

I've spent all my 2 NV Guaranteed 10+1 tickets, 4 standard NV 10+1 tickets, also over 150 NVEX tickets, 45 Rare Summon tickets (with 2 of them being a 30% and 10% extra chance, 3 being 5*/NV, 10 being 4*base/above and the rest the base Rare tickets. And finally did the card step-summon after... Between the lot of NV I managed to get, I ended up with a total of 0 Blade of Vegeance Ibaras. And ironically I got a lot of copies of other NV units I already had. That said, since I'm a full F2P player and just have a small variety of NV units the odds for this to happen are pretty low. Rates looks rigged to me. I understand that rartes for NV and featured units are low, but this was some insane bad luck for me today. Maybe I should have waited until the very last days of the week for making those summons. They probably only apply the actual correct rates after they've milked enough money from the whales. Anyways, I bet I will get her later on a lucky free weekly/daily summon as I did with a couple others premium units. But I've learned my lesson for not being greedy here.

Since day one this Banner released I grind Lapiz from 20k to 45k, just because I really want this unit, regardless how bad her Leader Skill only affect single category. I just want it ! I spent hours to grind 25K Lapiz from story map since yesterday but never meet this new unit. and that's just fishy to me .. then I start research on TH-cam someone made video pulling Ibara Banner spent 80k Lapiz and zero Ibara. wtf..
