We really love this tool! We can't wait to use it the way y'all intended, but even with how it operates today it does an amazing job of keeping our shots pulling very, very consistently. You all are setting a high standard for customer service.
We have a few questions.... 1) We got one auto comb that doesn't spin well. We got one that does. Do we need a repair kit? Or are all the parts we need in the box? 2) We ordered an Autocomb for one of our new shops that has a LM KB90... The Autocomb doesn't fit on that portafilter.... Thoughts? PS... We are LOVING this device in two of our cafes! Can't wait to figure out a fix for the KB90! Hope to hear back soon! J

rubber protection from pliers (which is in the box with the device), fits perfectly on the torque shaft, for greater grip. try it

One of my small screws was with a little defect so I can’t remove it. The last one. Very unfortunate for me. This autoComb is eluding me
