Been there a few times for Mini Mayhem. A twice a year event for go karts, mini bikes, and custom built stuff. It’s awesome. Can’t wait for the next event it April.
After being there 3 different days I still haven’t seen half the property

Anything “off road only” smaller than a car is allowed. Dirt bikes, Mini bikes, go karts, scooters with knobby tires, modded lawn mowers, even snowmobiles… what ever floats your boat. They don’t care. I the only thing I’ve never seen there is a jet ski. Not sure they’ll let you do that
