    This is absolutely the BEST tutorial I’ve seen on binding! All of it is good, but making mitered corners is tough. You make it so easy to follow!

    I'm not much of a pinner lol however wonder clips are amazing and they work great for holding binding 😁. The small binder clamps also work great for large quilts. My grandmother thought me how to see and I made my first quilt at 8 years old and I have been making and buying quilts ever since lol. I hand quilt all of my quilts and wonder clips are a blessing lol. Beautiful placement and I would love to have this on my table this year 😁 thank you for the tutorial and God bless

    This was a very nice tutorial. You explained it so well and the visuals were perfect. I thought you might do hand sewing for the final binding, but your 1/8 inch machine stitch looks easy to do and saves time.

      Thank you for your lovely comment, Ann. 😊 I'm not big on hand sewing and I admire people who are. It certainly gives a lovely finish to the binding. I'm all for quick and easy hence the machine finish.

    Los comentarios pueden traducirse al Español maravilloso 👏.
    Ahora por favor, que significa WOF que indica la descripción
    24 1/2 X "WOF" ?
    No entiendo nada de Inglés, por lo mismo pregunto.
    Gracias 🙂

    • @alandacraft
      @alandacraft  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is 'width of fabric' Elizabeth. Fabric generally comes folded in half so it's when you cut across the fabric from the folded edge to the selvedge edges.
      Eso es 'ancho de tela' Elizabeth. La tela generalmente viene doblada por la mitad, así que es cuando cortas la tela desde el borde doblado hasta los bordes del orillo.

      Decide how long and how wide you want the table runner to be.
      Cut your main fabric half an inch bigger that the finished size, to allow for seams. Here is a link to some of our Christmas table runners that may help www.alandacraft.com/?s=table+runners

      No Pat. I cut my binding strips across the width of the fabric, not on the bias.
