Visit to Chatenoy Farm, near Orléans, 2 hours south of Paris
220-hectare organic farm with 3 employees. Fortified farmhouse dating from the 10th century, acquired by the family in 1880. 150 sheep, 10 pigs, cereals, alfalfa, potatoes. Livestock grazed on the meadows. Meat parcels, filleted potatoes, partnership with a wool supplier. More than 50% of sales through short distribution channels. Farm shop and gîtes. Hedgerows to be planted in 2024.

Farms of over 30ha, certified organic with 2 production workshops and 1 processing workshop. 12 in France, 8 in Europe. February 2025 to February 2026.
