They didn't mention the huge space taken by the battery in the boot of the Toyota Camry. It's a D-Segment car and one of it's important characteristics is practicality.
DRIVEN 2015 #3 was about engine technologies/battle of the powertrains. Why choose Ford Mondeo for petrol? How about Chevrolet Malibu 2.4, Honda Accord 2.4, Mazda6, Nissan Teana 2.5 XV and Volkswagen Passat 1.8 TSI? No comparisons on ride comfort, safety features, interior and exterior. Why?
Now after 7 years, which car would probably chosen by paultan journalists today . For quality, reliability, efficiency and peace of mind ownership and a whole lot better in holding depreciation - its Toyota hands down!
id go with camry or mondeo, peugot is somewhat unreliable in asian countries. camry is the most reliable cause its a toyotaand its my favorite. great video btw good job

What I'm wondering is - especially with the recent #Dieselgate and the ongoing #Haze (so clearly seen in the video) - what are the emissions for this vehicle with the biodiesel vs the Euro 5 Diesel?
This is another junk video produced by Paul tan. The contents coverages have to be well covered of all aspects in accordance of consumer preferences. And it has to be in a fair comparison among these powertrain taking consideration of its pros and cons. Nevertheless, in actual fact they could be performing better than rivals on areas which are mentioned here. I believe these cars have its own unique features that are outperforming and make them stand out differently .. ^^
True about the camry,it works good on the highway,my dad like to go to johor every school holidays,he always wack 150 and almost 170,😂..can go some more only my mum will tell my dad to slow down lol😂😂

The camry boot is damn small wei.. The hybrid battery eats ups space. Throw in the ah pek dashboard styling.. No la.. Ford is the way to go. Turbos need to be squeezed gently for mileage.. Can't step on it. I rather have the Ford anytime.. Peugeot?? Fuck that shit.. Never buy French.
The typical malaysian should really change perception towards Toyota nowadays. I do admit Toyota was producing ugly car for the previous 2010 model Altis and 2012 Camry. But they have really improved a lot recently. The after sales service is far even better than Honda as I'm both car owner. Toyota can do the promise to finish car service in 90mins + washing, Honda takes half day to finish service and tick your car whether in clean or dirty condition, if dirty then make sure it is return in dirty as well. *Facepalm* As for European car Ford/Peugeot/Volkswagen, they can't provide reliability like japanese car for everyday use, so what for paying a premium price while your car need to keep in workshop for at least a month for just a faulty sensor.

They are known for that precisely, in the past, THE PRESENT and probably the futur ! But you have never been driving a 308 GTi or a 208 GTI BPS for sure... and about the 508 some versions have double-wishbone suspension up front, but you probably don't know what it is cuz it doesn't exist on a Mondeo or a Toyota !
Nobody buys a D segment car for it's handling purposes. No in space comparison, no trunk space comparison, no ownership cost yearly comparison; all which are the main checkboxes for cars in this segment. I guess this video shud be renamed as an economy test. Concluding vaguely on the winner of this episode means nothing without showing and comparing it with the other cars.

Guys Peugeot got petrol engine as well. ..Peugeot 508 thp it's have 2 turbo charger ..come on diesel engine always slow...use the petrol and see the difference. .i using Peugeot 508 thp..and i happy with it. .
Wow you guys...SMH I don't even know where to start, you seriously picked the camry out of the three cars here just because it performed 0.4km/l better than the 508? Lets be realistic here, the camry is obviously the ugliest car of the bunch, it has by far the worst interior of all the cars there including that random proton wira that drove by. The wood trim in that car is vomit inducing, and the instrument cluster looks like it belongs in 1992. How can you overlook such minute details? This entire video is pointless because you based your entire facts on how much mpg the car does. I like the show, really I do, but this isn't a car review, this is an economy test.
If not,the best choice is the passat Tsi.Although it has been 4 years since the car has launched but it is a good buy as it is a very safety car. Besides, if you are talking about handling, safety and sportiness,the passat is the best choice for the meantime as the new model will be launching soon.And better yet, it is an European made car. They are not so called as Milo tins like the Camry which the battery takes some of the boot. spaces😂😂
