Why is music of this nature not appreciated, but modern music that speaks of stealing, killing, crack, weed, rape and degrading of women and speaking and using them as sex toys is. That just shows you how much intellect the modern society is equalivent to.
Because people gravitate to what they know and what they see. Not everyone appreciates this music, just as you don't appreciate the music you spoke of. Different tastes are the spice of life, and to tear down one to build up the other is to miss the true beauty of what music is and can accomplish.
You folks were really great last night at the Walton Arts Center. This was first time I've ever seen your group, but I plan to see you again in the future. I hope Josh's guitar ultimately survives the unfortunate drop!
