    Always love your videos. No silly intro, straight to the recipe and great ideas. I do like to see a taste test though but totally get that that’s not everybody’s thing.

    Thank you, Chuck! Just made this for dinner and it was delicious! Almost had all the ingredients on hand...had to sub pomegranate balsamic for the red wine vinegar, dates for the raisins, orange pepper for the red and spinach for the parsley! Still was sooo good!

    It's awesome to see older vegans (FINALLY) on TH-cam. Ryan and Anji of Happy Healthy Vegan have pretty much been the only ones "*representing" those of us in middle age for a good while. Thanks for the videos, Chuck. Love the recipes.
