idk why I had a dream where I had to sing to the cops about what I saw and how I was the only innocent one when my family became criminals. I only say this because I thought it was stupid, how the hell did someone do something similar
I've heard there are two main reasons. Most well-known is you're not as knowledgeable as an attorney. But the more subtle one is you are emotionally invested in your own case and you can't take the 3rd person "watching from the side" approach your lawyer can. With that being said, I've seen a couple on Reddit write that when they had a civil lawsuit, they gathered as much info as they could and did some of an attorney's work before hiring an attorney. First it saved them money and second it made the attorney's job easier. Plus even if the couple made some mistakes in their preliminary work, the attorney would likely see and correct it.
you have your expectations way to low, no speeding tickets is acceptable, my parents have both been driving for 20+ years and never gotten a speeding ticket, and we live in Florida.
@@PCrailfan3790 Yeah well everyone speeds when they think they can get way with it. Like when you're driving out of a highway that has a speed limit of 30 but there's no cars in front of you and there's no cops around so you just speed up to 50.
Eh not really. The argument was not over the right to a trial. It was over the right to a SPEEDY trial. That right is waved all the time because of how backed up courts get. The lawyer was basically just standing there and saying that he won't wait. It seemed more like the lawyer felt like his time was being wasted more than anything else. I don't think anyone else in the courtroom appreciated that attorney either considering they all clapped when the judge came back after winning the fight The judge was obviously in the wrong too, especially because he continued the hearing after the fight without the defense attorney.
@user-hn78i8so8c They definitely do but that issue is not going to be solved or helped by a lawyer standing in the courtroom saying that he won't wait and expecting everyone else to bend over backwards
Public attorneys aren't there to get you off. They're there because you're entitled to an attorney and they have to make sure your rights aren't violated. They also negotiate plea deals on your behalf.
Judge vs attorney seemed like long unfinished beef that had been growing and finally boiled over. Because the way they acted, they seemed done with each others shin, long before the judge said to step outside and throw down.
I did jury duty for the first time last month and the guy defended himself. All he did was bring up irrelevant points and badger witnesses, so we pretty quickly came to a guilty verdict on both charges.
@uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhidk Nah, just some guy who thought just because he was a veteran he could do whatever he wanted at a bar with no consequences.
@user-hn78i8so8c No, it didn't get that far. He got pissy cause someone closed the door behind him after he went outside because it was cold. When he came back, he was talking shit and threatening people. His charges were disobeying a lawful order to leave the bar and resisting arrest, which the body cam footage proved he had done both very quickly.
@user-hn78i8so8c It wasn't closing. Someone had closed the door because it was cold, and he left it open. He was able to get back in just fine but was pissy about being closed behind him even though it wasn't locked. He also laughed at the officers and told them to call backup because he said he would fight them and they would need more people to make it fair. They managed to get five officers on scene, and they took him down once he started raising his fist like he was gonna start trying to punch people. No one was injured, but he kept stiffening his limbs on purpose so they couldn't cuff him or pick him up. And we knew it was on purpose because he didn't mention any medical conditions that would cause that in the body cam footage or while he was defending himself in court
The Xanax girl, if I recall correctly, actually got called back *again* right after this and got EVEN MORE bail because she gave him an attitude for getting the first added bail. And the judge sends her on her way with the snarkiest "adios!" Kinda surprised you didn't mention that 👀
@user-hn78i8so8c Bail is a monetary promise to the court that you will show up. It's not buying your way out of the charges and you get the money back when you show up. It's purpose is to prevent people who are potential flight risks from going intp hiding. You don't even need to post money. People post signature bonds all the time. Not to mention that bail bondsmen will loan you cash if you feel the need to get out of jail to continue working. Bail is fine. Excessive bail is the issue.
A lot of officers don't really care about speeding tickets if you weren't found drunk or under the influence of substances at the same time, is considered a simple mistake so yes it is a pretty clean story
To add even more insult to injury, at 4:13, that lady walked away and gave the judge the finger. He saw it and called her back again. She acted snarky once he did which likely lead to him increasing her sentence again. It’s hilarious
He increased her bail because giving someone more time or arresting someone (if you're a cop) for someone giving you the finger isn't actually legal, it's not a charge you can give to someone "They were rude to me so I had them arrested/added more time to their sentence" is not a valid reason and would get immediately dropped
He increased her bail because it didn't upset her enough when he gave her the first bail, so he brought her in and raised it to get that sweet feeling of controlling the lower class, then when she hurt his feelings he raised it again because he failed at the one thing that a judge is supposed to do which is to be impartial and not abuse your position because of your feelings about a person

Did you ever see the rick and morty skit called "name i can't remember vs the state of georgia" i really don't remember the title other than it was "vs the state of georgia." Hillarious. Edit: state of Georgia vs denver fenton allen
So a little background on the whole Sovereign Citizen concept: Although some change the application or justification, most "SovTards" believe they don't have to follow US laws and jurisdictions, because instead, the "Articles of Confederacy" do. The Articles of Confederacy were pretty much a "Bill of Rights" before the US Bill of Rights came about (it should be noted the Constitution and the Bill of Rights effectively nullified any application of the now obsolete Articles of Confederacy, but these SovTards still want to larp as if it's gospel law of the land). So now when these SovTards get arrested, they try to argue some of the following statements, as apparently granted by the Laws of Confederacy (or some abstract derivative from it): 1. You are a "free man" of the land, and so you are allowed to "travel" without being stopped by people (in this case, the police or the government). 2. As a free man, you cannot be held liable if you do not have a name (somehow). So that's why you'll see SovTards say bonkers stuff like "My name is NOT Dumb Assington...the name Dumb Assington does not exist, and although others have been known to call me by the concept of Dumb Assington...I am nor have ever been the PERSON known as Dumb Assington." 3. You do not have to remain complacent in police or government seizes of your persons (whatever your name is), and it is illegal for them to stop you. One final thing to mention here is SovTards believe if you do not give your name, or acknowledge your identity in whatever way (ex. stating your name in court, or giving any license to a cop), then by even the US definition of the law, you cannot be prosecuted for a crime. I (think) this is based off of some weird legal basis where someone can't be prosecuted if they either aren't aware they're being prosecuted (as in, they can convince others that they're unaware of what's happening to them), or that they can't be convicted of a crime, because there's no identity to own the charges going forth. I honestly don't know, because this is legalese we're talking about here, but I do know most cases heavily rely on the fact that you're acknowledging that you're some specific person, and you're conscious/aware of what's going on during the trial. Someone should correct me on this. But as you see, this leads to a person who: 1. Believes the law not only doesn't apply to them, but CAN'T apply to them, because due to the Articles of Confederacy, it's illegitimate in the first place. 2. Due to their refusal to acknowledge they are a specific person, they can't be charged with crimes (even if the entity commonly referred to as THEM does it). So pretty much, a SovTard pretends they're not a person, toothlessly reprimands a legal system they believe doesn't apply to them, and pragmatically, hopes the legal system doesn't understand the legal system (or doesn't want to deal with it all) enough to bother prosecuting them at all, and just lets them go. Here's the thing: Although I do not know the legal precedence, I'm pretty sure the US courts have officially addressed the whole Sovereign Citizen question, and ruled "If some retard claims to be a Sovereign Citizen, you can still prosecute them for a crime they've committed. Even if they do not own up to a name, as long as reliable evidence is convincing enough to pin THIS person to crimes they committed, then you can apply the US law on to them and force them to endure the justice system." This applies also to the other random re-flavoring of Sovereign Citizenry, like "Black Hebrew Israelites" or "Moorish Citizens" or whatever bullshit that tries to follow the same basic scam.
Ironically, the defense attorney who got punched looks like has a little bit of blood on his chin during the interview, so unless that interviews was like 2 weeks later or something I doubt he actually "didn't feel any pain"
All I gotta say is smart move by the attorney who got punched to just not say anything about it. Obviously it affected him but he was not about to have his embarrassment become known across the country for some Florida man type shenanigans
@user-hn78i8so8c he needs to take responsibility for his child if he can't work outside the prison for the money needed for his kid/kids then he can easily be put to work in the prison itself and half or more of his paycheck can go to his kids
@user-hn78i8so8c he needs to take responsibility for his kid so if he can't work a job outside the prison he should be required to work prison labor were half of his paycheck shall go to the kid
wait so judges can extended sentences when people call them mean words but get’s kicked out when they start a fist fight between them and the lawyers? Hwat bs
the 'getting hurt but not feeling pain' incident can happen a lot, especially where he was hit (The center of the jaw) where it just becomes really numb. The massive amount of confusion and sudden flooding of adrenaline really sets you up for not feeling anything like pain while you figure out what the hell just happened. If it was the NOSE however? I would call that man a liar if he said he didn't feel pain.
Hey! Gonna correct something here for no real reason. So the first guy said the illuminaty was created May 1st 1776, fun fact the Illuminaty was actually real! It's just nothing like the conspiracy theories, the Illuminaty was a secret organization in the Ottoman Empire that recruited from the much more well-known Freemasons. Their goal was to fully seperate church and state, beyond what was already done. They grew quite quickly but beyond recruiting a number of people, including a few high up people in the empire, never got around to actually doing anything. The Ottomans found out about it due to some correspondence that had been intercepted and quickly cracked down on them extremely harshly. They really scared them since the Ottomans banned all secret societies besides the Freemasons following this event and even they now had to supply a member list. It's an extremely interesting piece of history, and it's entirely possible that if this had not happened proper secret societies would still be around today! Hope you learned something!
Sorry for being “that guy”, but the Illuminati was formed and operated in the Kingdom of Bavaria as well as some German speaking states at the time. Not the Ottoman Empire.

Forgive me, but I don't really get any satisfaction from seeing someone on drugs get berated by an old out of touch man. Our penal system is a revolving door and our courts are a laughingstock for the greater part of the world. It's designed to punish, not help people, so of course we get situations like this.
yeah 1 ticket is pretty clean. Most drivers are actually soo soo bad its not even funny. If everyone drove like me there wouldn't ever be accidents. I know that sounds like I'm bragging or something but its not hard to just follow the rules. You ever see an accident where everyone did the correct thing that wasn't mechanical failure? no its always speeding for the conditions, or running a light or ignoring a sign or not looking. Not saying I got 100% on my drivers test but my only demerits were crossing a little over the yellow line when turning left, which I then corrected.
The one time ive been in court was hella fun. I was the victim and the actual criminals incriminated themselves IN COURT. Their defendant ended up literaly saying "if you dont shut the fuck up i'll make sure they'll give you the maximum sentence possible" They all ended up being forced to appoligize, had to pay 300€ each to me AND serve 200 hours of community service. I was so happy to have real life saul on my side. They will never be able to get government payments either since they were using the government money to ship weapons across the border lol. I loved life when that went down
About the ticket: tickets with multiple charges often get thrown out when one charge is false because it illegitimizes the entire tickets. That's why cops that want one of the charges to stick will issue you multiple citations instead of combining them on one ticket. Also, clean record means that there's nothing on your record to that point or is within the time frame that can be considered by the court in relation to the violation.

1. You are a "free man" of the land, and so you are allowed to "travel" without being stopped by people (in this case, the police or the government).
2. As a free man, you cannot be held liable if you do not have a name (somehow). So that's why you'll see SovTards say bonkers stuff like "My name is NOT Dumb Assington...the name Dumb Assington does not exist, and although others have been known to call me by the concept of Dumb Assington...I am nor have ever been the PERSON known as Dumb Assington."
But as you see, this leads to a person who:
Even if they do not own up to a name, as long as reliable evidence is convincing enough to pin THIS person to crimes they committed, then you can apply the US law on to them and force them to endure the justice system."
This applies also to the other random re-flavoring of Sovereign Citizenry, like "Black Hebrew Israelites" or "Moorish Citizens" or whatever bullshit that tries to follow the same basic scam.
5:22 why that’s the dumbest shit I have ever herd in my whole life 2 different subjects
Holy shit it’s Spantzzzzzzz’s brother, Spatnzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
9:38 lawyer really thought if she just kept yelling it’d be fine 😂😂😂😂
I feel clickbaited
Is it some kind of tradition for court case compilations to always have nonsense AI thumbnails?
Ironically, the defense attorney who got punched looks like has a little bit of blood on his chin during the interview, so unless that interviews was like 2 weeks later
or something I doubt he actually "didn't feel any pain"
Looks like he bit himself when he got punched.
7:30 The Jaws of Life have already been used on that truck. And here he is driving it into buildings 😂😂😂
dude i'm actually about to pass out laughing at the judge and defense attorney fighting each other
8:38 'oh god. not him again' lord havew mercy; this is a recurring incident?
The traffic flow near where I live can reach 70mph on a 5mph
0:48 "Preferring crunchy peanut butter"
PREACH IT, BRO
honestly really like these types of videos coming from you, good stuff
All I gotta say is smart move by the attorney who got punched to just not say anything about it. Obviously it affected him but he was not about to have his embarrassment become known across the country for some Florida man type shenanigans
Bro should get 15 years for causing that whole court room emotional stress. And holding them against they will ong
3:16 birth of the legendary hunter l4d meme
Cant help but notice a certain demographical pattern here.
"He didn't feel any pain, he just tasted skin and it was gross" 🤣
damn lots of noticeable things in this video
7:38 You got to feel bad for this guy.
You spend thousands on a guy to represent you in court only for them to brawl with the judge.
shy guy man speaking facts.
So if you cant pay CS they take away any ability to pay CS gotcha, makes sense.
Cant he just mail her the money or something?
@user-hn78i8so8c he needs to take responsibility for his child if he can't work outside the prison for the money needed for his kid/kids then he can easily be put to work in the prison itself and half or more of his paycheck can go to his kids
@user-hn78i8so8c he needs to take responsibility for his kid so if he can't work a job outside the prison he should be required to work prison labor were half of his paycheck shall go to the kid
@user-hn78i8so8c he needs to work in order to secure money for his kid
@user-hn78i8so8c Oh summer child. Nobody in prison wants free stuff.
This channel used to be one of my favorite but now that he is using clickbaits I will definitely unsubscribe.
5:00 why was people feeling bad when there was physical proof he was driving on his phone. he never deserved a driver license after that.
is there even a point to clickbait when the actual video is good?
I uhhh, don't wanna be that guy, but I did notice a pattern with a lot of these people.
im seeing a pattern
I just watched a video about the chaos of Irish Politics, and this ads to the unseriousness of official gov stuff 😭
So.. you take the means of their earning cash for said child support and then.. arrest them, and do it again, and again.
Brilliant.
Ohhhhh I have a suspicion how she got the Xanax......
Spatnz: representing yourself in court is a stupid idea
Miyoko Kawahara: I have already proven it can be done
And they said I was crazy
wait so judges can extended sentences when people call them mean words but get’s kicked out when they start a fist fight between them and the lawyers? Hwat bs
I don't feel like that judge should of been fired for fighting? The attorney agreed to it and they fought outside of the courtroom.
Old mascot is back
the 'getting hurt but not feeling pain' incident can happen a lot, especially where he was hit (The center of the jaw) where it just becomes really numb.
The massive amount of confusion and sudden flooding of adrenaline really sets you up for not feeling anything like pain while you figure out what the hell just happened. If it was the NOSE however? I would call that man a liar if he said he didn't feel pain.
2:08poor guy probably questioned why is he even doing his job anymore
I might do the exact same if I was a public defender
What's the Clip at 1:18 from?
came to ask the same thing. no answer yet 😔
Your thumbnail wasn't in the video. I really hate that type of misleading stuff. The video was relatively entertaining but I can't get past the fake photo
5:32 Why? That is super offensive. Never say that about those two again.
It is such an insult to dumb people to call them dumb, i suggest "dip$h1t" and "m0ron1c b4stard"
(Censored for youtube) (Hope all y'all can tell it's a joke)
For those here for thumbnail, it's clickbait.
2:00 I can imagine that was the straw that broke his back
Lol. Everyone goes 10-15 over where I live. Even the cops sometimes.
This is why in the UK we only have court sketches
YAY SPAZ IS FINALLY USING HIS SHYGUY AGAIN AFTER SO MANY YEARS
the constant punches has me dying lmao
Everyone gets a 15ish ticket when they start driving and it falls off most of he time after like a year
The one time ive been in court was hella fun. I was the victim and the actual criminals incriminated themselves IN COURT. Their defendant ended up literaly saying "if you dont shut the fuck up i'll make sure they'll give you the maximum sentence possible"
They all ended up being forced to appoligize, had to pay 300€ each to me AND serve 200 hours of community service.
I was so happy to have real life saul on my side. They will never be able to get government payments either since they were using the government money to ship weapons across the border lol. I loved life when that went down
Nah man that defense attorney didnt feel anything his name is freaking Vladimir
Court pouncer my beloved
About the ticket: tickets with multiple charges often get thrown out when one charge is false because it illegitimizes the entire tickets. That's why cops that want one of the charges to stick will issue you multiple citations instead of combining them on one ticket.
Also, clean record means that there's nothing on your record to that point or is within the time frame that can be considered by the court in relation to the violation.
