I like this recipe. But personally, i cook baby potatoes with their skin. They smell awesome with the earthy flavor of their skin. Also, most of potato's nutrition is in its skin. Im sure you know that !

I invented same recepie 7 years back with only difference that I do not add curry leaf, mustard or dal. Good to know that these dishes were created even before I was born...😃.
I also make another varient where I add double the salt and 3 time the chilli powder which goes well with curd rice...
