This looks nice chef! Will def try. I think very small children and old people should not be given this as they might choke cause it's quite small.
I just remember that recipe in which chef said that his mentor adviced him to peel off the outer flesh (skin ) from the regular peeling just to ensure that it does not create a disturbance in textures . Do you remember that ??
