Poor Gizmo....lol. ☺️ Great work Tony!! I'm always amazed at how easy the stump grinder works....no more digging up stumps with a back hoe. An essential tool to be sure!! Thanks for sharing!!
Surprised me to,I really didn't expect that little tractor to handle that grinder that well.Keep up the good work.I enjoy watching your vids and learning about little tractors.I grew up and have always used big field tractors, but now I need to buy a smaller tractor, and it's good to see what works and doesn't work.
A smaller tractor can do the same stuff at a big tractor, just slower, you just have to have attachments matched to the size of the tractor. I don't think I'd try one of those stump grinders on my sub-compact tractor, a compact tractor would be as small as I'd even try it on even at that it wouldn't be very stable if you gotta traverse a lot of rough ground LOL.
Nobody has shown what these sub compact tractors can do better than you and Tanja. That T25 is an impressive machine! Just comparing the cost of your setup to a commercial stump grinding machine that is self driven is eye opening. Love the Baumalight equipment... Amazing how heavy duty the implements are and how fast they get the job done. God Bless Brother!
The hydraulics are easy to come by. The T25 has more than enough hydraulic flow to operate the left and right/ up and down motion. All of the grinding is done through the PTO.
That is impressive though for a 25 hp tractor. That T25 has such a small footprint. I'm getting close to getting one but I keep wanting to go higher HP. I remember you said this one is your favorite and you've done all kinds of stuff with it. I just don't know yet.
Hey Tony. Why not just backhoe to break the roots on all sides then just dig it out? Too much getting on and off the tractor to adjust maybe since you can't maneuver the tractor in backhoe mode?
I don't want a bunch of holes causing sink holes and erosion. I will dig out stumps if it's in the way of something I am building, but other than that I will just grind the stumps a few inches below surface.

Yes sir. I will only dig a stump up if I have too now.

As you can see in the video, I knew it would work, but I was surprised at how well!

God Bless you too my friend.
I like the summit controls on tractor, looks alot easier to control remotes versus using levers. That is a good setup you got.
Thanks 👍 The electric remotes have their place, but they can't be left on for long periods of time.
Happy to see you back maté great video and always god bless you all and your families and your friends
Awesome stuff as always guy's worked like a dream and glad to see the golf cart has made it to the property
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice video. I'd like to see someone market a turbo to make the T25 even better. It's a nice size machine.
That would be neat. The guys of the tractor were designed for 30hp.
Welp! That worked great. TYM for the win.
You bet, sir. I know the T474 would be faster, but I would have no problem working the stump grinder on the T25 all day.
Not surprised it worked...the problem is you gotta have hydraulics to operate the left/right swing.

If you are on the fence, I would always go with a higher horsepower.
@@TonysTractorAdventure Gotcha thanks Tony.

It would take about 2 hours to dig out that one big stump with the T25. I have removed several stumps and it's not as easy as it looks.
Tony, correct me if I am wrong. This uses two sets of hydraulic remotes, correct?
Thank you for sharing brother! God bless!
It does use two set in my setup. You can buy a kit from Baumalight that allows you to use one rear remote.
I’ve been thinking about one of. These. I have a 50 horse Massey what size you thing would be good for this tractor
I ran it on my 48hp TYM and it did great.
@@TonysTractorAdventure thanks tony. Will probably have to get one now. After watch you and gizmo grind down the stump, I think it’s a winner
Be nice if you had a back-up camera to watch that thing work, rather than sit twisted in the seat.
The camera would have to be away and off to the side. It would get dirty to quickly if it was up close.
they were right 25h is too small for this
It works fine.
