Remember, Flairing is only useful of you're a bartender in Vegas, or you're charging $20+ per drink. Don't bother with this stuff if you work at a chain restaurant or dive bar. Your guests just want their drink, this may look fancy, but they don't care.
Flair bartending comes in many different variations. I agree some people just don't care, but many people actually love it, IF....(and this is the point) IF it is used correctly Doing big show moves in a dive bar isn't going to work. But simple cool QUICK tricks Can and Will get more tips and customers.
@@TomDyerBartender many, MANY guests will see you flipping bottles and tins and roll their eyes because you're wasting their time and making it take longer to get a drink. You should be focused on making perfectly balanced cocktails, not on showing off.
@@logansullins4545 are you eating at McDonald’s what’s your rush ? 😂 I can’t flair to save my life but it’s an unforgettable experience when done right , realize all the “luxury “ “” 5 star “” “ Michelin star “” if you even know what that is . Yes don’t take 15 mins to flair but drinks usually expected to be our 3-5 mins . Most great restaurants are now involving guest experience , due to that is the main reasons , experience is service followed by personalization . Ps. Remember just because you’re not from vegas doesn’t mean you can love the art of flaring 👍🏼👏🏼
You're definitely right about chains and dive bars, but there are plenty of nicer restaurants and bars where a little showmanship goes a long way. I've never worked Vegas, and we're only charging around $16 for our cocktails, but all I have to do is flame a garnish and guests are like 🤩🤩 and appreciate the time taken.
What's the limit on the pour, I've tried this with 1.25 and a little bit comes out on the fling, also I noticed some shaped bottles the shaker will get caught on
1oz is the go-to measure. Nisbet with 2oz, you should still be able to do it without a spill. If it's spilling, then you're not performing it quite right yet
Yes. We learn how to free pour and after many years of training some say free pouring can be as accurate if not more so than some people that use jigger.
I had operations on my eyes and they cut a nerve that makes one eye lid close, so it looks like im constantly high. I'm also ambliopic, have a squint and bad persrciption in both eyes.
Making it look easy!

I like to get a vibe from the person. Some just want a drink
Some want a show and some want both.
Also the therapist part but that’s after the drink.
I tried more than 10 times and ı did thank you.
Excellent!
I wanna try but I’d make the biggest mess 😂
Great content
Thank you

Wow ❤
:)
at the end when you throw the shaker, the liquid does not go everywhere?
nope. It's because of the centrifugal force keeping the liquid inside the shaker
