Groaning noise - The first time I had the groaning noise from the bottom bearing I disassembled the auger assembly and lubricated the bottom bearing with white lithium spray grease. Next season the noise is back. This time I emptied the pellet bin completely (burning pellets, scooping and then vacuuming). I motored the auger and tried to just shoot some powder graphite as close to the bearing as I could get at the bottom of the auger. This didn't work (although if I had run it for an hour or so it may have). I then shot some liquid white lithium grease onto the bottom of the auger. I suspect it may have grabbed some of the graphite and made a slurry of sorts. The noise went away. I did order new bearings but I'm hoping this gets me thru the season anyways. Good luck folks.
Probably have to adjust feed settings, if it's not lighting quick enough also check that your ignitor is positioned properly and didn't shift out of place before or during the stove install.
So anyone have any ideas how to remove the top bearing? I took apart everything and the top one is stuck. I have tried hitting the top of the housing, tried using a flat head screw driver to reach up and move it and nothing works. Its really stuck up there.
Hi I have a question my stove lights and ignite s good but now it is making this weird sound, it sounds like a cow mooing. We took all the pellets out and clean it but it is still doing it.
I don't know exact time, but be patient as these things are designed to go quite slow. I think mine, a different brand, only does half rotations every few minutes based on the level of burn that you set.
Hello my pellets stove dint start ignition of pellets, I changed the ignatoer heater and the heater now works and turns on the pallets normally. back but everything was fine for 5 days and now it's making noise again ?? Squiking ?? Anny solusion.
A periodic squeaking noise could indicate debris or a sawdust buildup inside the auger housing. You can try sprinkling some graphite powder into the pellets as a preventative measure, to help coat the internal metals, and prevent future buildup of sawdust. Squeaking noises could also indicate a possible bad bearing.

The stoves are junk. I've had so many problems with mine after only one season and trying to get it running for a second season.
If I unplug the bottom motor and plug it, wires into the top motor, it turns, but it will not turn being plugged in to its own power source any help
Hi what does it mean when my pellet stove says clean check up 2? How can I fix this?
Why will my auger keep filling and not stopping is my issue it's not that it's clogged it's over filling what do I do about that it's a brand new unit
Did you ever get it figured out? Mine is doing the same thing

Would this also help with an auger that is groaning? Trying to figure out if it needs to be replaced or not
you need to take the auger apart and lubricate the bearings.

I have dame problem and it's only 4 months old new pellet stove
anyone know how long it take the auger to make a full rotation??

The auger will make a full rotation in less than a minute (when on the highest level)

Auger quits turning! After running for 5 minutes
That's what mine is doing and I'm so lost
