However there are two primary things that must be done. 1. Don't use the American system to identify the culture. Thinking race is real and identifying in any racial term is an automatic loss 2. They must reject Civil rights and replace it with human rights. Let's say for example I'm pulled over during one of their corrupt traffic stops. I immediately let them know I'm Native American and I operate under human rights. I'll even clarify what that means to them. So when they inevitably violate my human rights as corrupt violators are prone to do I will take the required steps for justice. Forcing their fake race thing on me would be considered a violation. I label myself "stateless," living in the US on a work visa. Even though my bloodline has been on the Americas soil since the mid 1600s and we (my families, ancestors) were all born in the US. However there are tactics being used to prevent any strides in that direction.
Most aren't really obvious.
However there are two primary things that must be done.
1. Don't use the American system to identify the culture.
Thinking race is real and identifying in any racial term is an automatic loss
2. They must reject Civil rights and replace it with human rights.
Let's say for example I'm pulled over during one of their corrupt traffic stops.
I immediately let them know I'm Native American and I operate under human rights.
I'll even clarify what that means to them.
So when they inevitably violate my human rights as corrupt violators are prone to do I will take the required steps for justice.
Forcing their fake race thing on me would be considered a violation.
I'm over 50 and it's never failed and I'm confident that without that tactic on my part the villains would have pinned multiple crimes on me without recourse or repercussions.
What I'm describing would have to be widespread in order to create the scenario you described originally.
