Small tip from me, tanks usually follow roads, you should put tank traps around the road like a wall and keep the road still open. Then mine the road entirely, they will run into there until its blocked off by heavier tanks, and it'll lead to them going around which can expose their side letting you use your AT cannons to shoot through the side

You can use your engineers to get better defences by clicking your cap point while they are marked(left-clicked). There are a few levels of defence: sand bags, watchtowers and more sandbags, not sure about tank dig holes. You can upgrade it until your sandbag icon goes away. Sorry for my bad English.
