Thank you Darryl & Mick for your answers, Very good answer as to the use of paint stripper. I'm blown away how Darryl got that door straight, true pro with lots of experience. 👌
Hi guys lm a tradesman myself and to see you guys go about your trade is inspiring mick your father has toutht you so well he is a superb tradesman as you are as well great to see such passion and care for someone else's car quality you can't buy
you guys are certainly craftsman, not trademan but craftsman, i am a retired house painter, always say it takes 10 years to become proficient in any trade, i am struggling with cleaning up my mig welds, i think it is a art in itself, would like to see you do a video of how you go getting it invisible like you do thx keep up the great work guys love watching your vids,
Awesome episode again. Great to get answers from people's questions. Really looking forward to seeing this LJ XU1 getting some paint on its going.to amazing 😍. Thank you guys keep up the great work.
Really coming along Fellas! Absolutely loving that all so rare "attention to detail" Wondering just how much weight may be shaved off the trusty old Torrie. So look forward to some color on those beautifully restored panels!👏👏
Once again perfection personified! Craftsmen perfecting their work. I hope to see all the final work of this beautiful car at a show in the near future on display at motorex or similar. 👊👍💪👌🙏
G'day guys, An interesting episode. A good idea doing this format every 5 weeks. So thanks for sharing the knowledge ✌️ Peace from Melbourne/Pakenham 3810.
i can tell you what happened to the original dies that stamped panels. They destroyed them and reused them where they could by reengineering them. they wanted to sell new cars they didnt want people keeping old cars. But holden were stupid they could of had a business to this day just selling parts and panels for restorations.
What a shame. It’s crazy after all these years of development and holden is finished. The VF gts was a top made quality car. What a waste is has been. Now china are taking iver making cars as well.
I noticed that you are using the old suction Fed gun for the epoxy. Any reason for that?. what’s your opinion on the epoxy? Obviously can’t use it like it’s a high build I think that’s where people make the mistake with it. Still use a high built primer over the top. Is that right?
No file finish in a panel shop today because the new car panrls are hi tensile and cant really be panel beated. in Japan there is no such thing as panelbeating they just throw the panels away too costly to bother.
Great work guys

I'm on blood thinning tablets and every time I go near a car now, I bleed.
