    I was too lazy to make eclairs... this is like a simpler eclair version. Love it and I will definitely make it tomorrow!
    update: I made it and used a vanilla pod instead of vanilla bean paste, I can't stop eating them! So delicious! ❤️

    I made this today. Followed this video accordingly and it was a success!! Puff was nice and compliments well with the custard cream. Really taste like the ones sold in stores, I can make myself now.
    Remember not to open yr oven door throughout the baking process. Try to spray some mist on the baking paper before baking for a more rise puff. This recipe is really easy and detailed to follow with. Thank you so much!!❤❤❤

    쿠킹트리님, 제가 슈반죽을 하는데 정량대로 재료들을 끓이고 박력분을 넣었는데 반죽이 물이 되요ㅜㅜ 그래서 박력분을 더 넣어봤는데 이건 뭔가 끊기는 느낌이 들고 어떻게 해야하나요?

      바로 먹었을 때 살짝 바삭함은 없어지지만 냉장실이나 냉동실에 보관했다가 차갑게 먹어도 부드럽고 맛있더라구요~

    정량대로 계량해서 반죽 했는데 우유+물+소금+버터에 박력분을 넣고 아무리 저어도 덩어리로 뭉치지 않고 액체 상태인건 뭐가 잘못된걸까요....?😂

      제가 사용하는 오븐은 따로 윗불 아랫불이 없어서 한 온도에서 구웠어요~
      오븐 사양에 따라 굽는 온도와 시간 차이가 있어 상태를 보시며 조절해주시면 좋답니다~

      아무래도 보관을 했다 먹으면 바로 먹는 것 같이 살짝 바삭한 느낌은 없어지지만 냉동보관해두었다가 차갑게 먹어도 너무 맛있더라구요~

    미국사람들은 베이킹을 하겠다는 건지 말겠다는 건지 월마트에 all purpose flour 만 팔고 soft flour 나 cake flour 는 안파네요 ㅠㅠ 박력분없이 어떻게 베이킹 하는거야
