Aww how old is he? Looks like he damaged at least one claw and can probably not fly anymore? 😢 I had a similar budgie who damaged his claw at age 12 and I cared for him for 3 more years after that. Preening his head feathers (as shown in the video) was almost a daily thing because he couldn't do it anymore with his claw. This was the best bond I ever had with a budgie, I miss this time a lot
Thanks for your answer. Did you consider getting him a buddy? Budgies really like to be in flocks / more than one bird. I think that would be a great addition and make him very happy if he has someone to chirp with 🤞

ミツ君は保護した子なので何歳かわからないです💦保護した時からすでに足の骨が折れていて変にくっ付いたみたいです。あと飛ぶ事も元々できないとお医者さんに言われました。
