Yes you can take bike till base village
During rainy season road is muddy so car stucks but taking bike is manageable.

7:30 Don't know how you got exhausted in Ghat's weather... you was at around 700M from sea level where the air is very thin and humidity is very less compared to Konkan region... Ghat region has one of the most pleasant weather in Maharashtra... BTW It was a nice vlog...
