Hey Lilly. I'm not sure if you are gonna read this but I just want to tell you something. I want you to know that I care for you so much and this is just coming out of concern. I feel it would be a good decision to go to the doctor and talk about the severity of your migranes. Just to be sure that it is just migranes and not something more serious. This is just my opinion so if you feel you don't need to do it that's just fine. But coming from someone who cares about your health and life I felt it only right to write this message.
I fully understand everything with the migraines. They make me want to take a power drill to my forehead. The people who created excedrin migraine are true angels.

I wish Excedrin worked for me. Imitrex injections are my savior - 5 minutes and migraine is gone. It's the 5th med my doc prescribed and the only one that consistently works.

ss I'm sorry. Taking 400mg of magnesium a day has really helped reduce the number of migraines I have. Feverfew can help too - although that can take several months to see an effect. Look for magnesium citrate, glycinate or malate - magnesium oxide isn't absorbed well and can be really harsh on your stomach. Amazon has the best prices and helpful reviews

Lilly, I get chronic headaches and migraines and feel your pain so much. Sometimes I shower like 5 times trying to “boil” out the pain. 😂
I remember when I got my first ever migraine... It was horrible, especially considering I didn't take anything for it. So I just waited for it to go away just laying down and in pain... It lasted for hours! I couldn't even sleep because it was just that painful, it almost felt as if a knife was slicing across my head every four seconds. 😂
I don’t know why but i just love the “meow” at the end after Lilly’s last “subscribe”. It cracks me up every time😹

when you have a migraine hot water and being hot can make it worse, a cold shower or bath constricts the blood vessells (or something like that) and can ease the pain. glad you feel better x

So....
One day colleen and lilly were at a party. They were having an amazing time (avarage party stuff) and they stayed the longest. everyone ened up leaving after quite a few hours. Lilly and colleen got drunk and made out. Who knows what happened after that. But in the moring lillys "husband/boyfriend" caught them and knew what happened. So now that lilly and colleen were single colleen purposed but turns out that lilly was dating miranda the whole time.

Hey Lilly, I usually dont comment but you worried me with your migraine issue. My cousin also has issues with really really bad migraines so I can somewhat imagine what you're going through. My cousin lives in Germany and the doctor gave her sumatriptan. She says it's a life saver and it helps very well, even within half an hour. It's just a suggestion to see if u can get ur hands on it there in the US... You could maybe at least give it a try. Maybe it will help..

Lilly, I suffer from migraine or what is called stress head ache or vaccum head ache. So, I know what it is to go through these attacks. I have a good suggestion for you, that is take steam from a nice big pot of boiling water. I would not suggest a steamer as it doesn't cover a bigger area. With a big vessel or pot your eyes, face, nose, ears, and neck, everything gets that hot steam. Do it when the pain arrives, it will give you relief. Hoping for no migraines for you and myself. Love! ❤

Lilly, I get you so much. Last night I had the worse migrane of this year, I get them really frequently but last night's was so painful. There are some oils that heat up when you rub them on your skin, they're for massages, they work really well for me, maybe try that? x

FYI on the migraines. I take some Tylenol PM (I think excedrin has a PM as well), wrap an ice pack in a small hand towel, put the ice pack on the back (nape) of my neck and sleep until the monster goes away.

I've only had 2 or 3 migraines in my lifetime (in my 50s) and 2 of them I still remember to this day and I was in my 20s back then! 1 in particular I felt like my head was in a vice with the thing turning tighter & tighter. And oddly enough, this 1 happened while I was waking up for the day??? Weird... Another was brought on by an extremely cold night. Hmm, it was actually this exact time of yr because I remember being out Christmas shopping after thanksgiving. It was so cold that night I was shivering and it quickly brought 1 on.. ugh... 😔😢😩
