Saw this show recently at the Trafalgar Theatre, absolutely fantastic! 🙌🙌 Ben Joyce's vocals & acting are off the chart, stunning! 💯 All of the cast were great, Benjamin Yates as Tommy was unreal! Love it! 👏👏

Me & my mum go on Tuesday to see them in Liverpool. Can’t wait, & forever thankful we didn’t go back into a crazy lockdown which was looking likely after I booked the tickets!
I also saw this that week at the theatre on my visit to London, , loved it, but I am probably the only one who thinks this but the lead singer looks a bit like a young Michael Keaton, he’s absolutely brilliant and a fabulous singer . I thoroughly enjoyed the show x

Ben interpreters Franki really well. Poor thing though working over his birthday and way more performances than he should be doing as his understudy is off stick! Sure he has the right vocal technique to get through it but it’s exhausting
@@ryandyer6023 when we saw him 2 weeks ago he said that his understudy was off. Also if you watch good morning Britain or something like that on itv last week he was saying it was his birthday and he was performing on tv and on the show later
I agree that Ben does an absolutely incredible job in this role, however I fail to see the point in your comment. I happened to be at his birthday performance and he was absolutely unreal and the reaction from the audience throughout was something special. He had a few performances off around the time, he had matinées off. His first cover Tay has been off sick but as someone else has rightly mentioned there is 3 covers for the role and his second cover Elliott has been on for a few performances. The entire cast are incredible and deserve high praise
I’ve seen this show twice. And I loved it. I’m a big Motown fan, I’ve seen the Motown the musical. But I think that the Jersey boys is a much better show though

Love Jersey Boys, I watch them every chance I get. Several historical inaccuracies: Four Seasons didn’t dance. Bass player was lefty. And he left in 1965, way before the movie depiction. But who cares, it’s all about the music, which is great.
Just returned from the Jersey Boy’s concert in Nottingham. Quite disappointed because they were relating Frankie Valli’s early life with tons of “f” word swearing and very very little music. When the occasional song was sung it became a cut down version and we were back into the overpowering lengthy play acting. 5 out of 10 and that’s being generous. I expected much more music.
Watching this in 2024. Saw the show twice in the West End, one of the best shows ever ❤❤
This musical and Buddy the Buddy Holly Story is the type of musical that you could dress up to go and watch, the 50s and 60s dress fashion was awesome

It was already on Broadway and the West End for over a decade and there is a film adaption. Can’t get much more pro than that.
