BRITISH EXPAT FLOOD WATER SITUATION IN THE PROVINCE (HIGHVIEW HILLS)

Yesterday afternoon we had quite a lot of rain and the streets in our subdivision were flooded AGAIN !!
This morning the water in some streets has gone but in other streets you can still see water as shown in the video.
More rain is forecast for the next 2 days, so we will have to wait and see what happens.
