If your head is dry it means no rain, if it is wet it means it is raining 😜 2.... Yes, many fish farms around here. 3....The water will go down eventually, just takes too long. Ian, I think your house will escape being entered this time. But Enteng, at least where we are in Cavite, produced heavy and prolonged bursts of rain. Yes over 5 days , so far. But get a system which produces more prolonged heavy rain, even over fewer days, then your house could be at risk. Hope you can get some sandbags.
hi, we are just hoping that it stops raining, we have had enough now lol. i noticed that sandbags will not help much as the rain water from the roof is coming up out of the drainage system. Sandbags would only then help stacked up at each door, but hopefully we will not get to that point.

@@christopheredwards7846 oh the dog problem which is still a problem. One dog died during the relocation process, one dog survived and 2 dogs are still here looking very wet. We will have to wait a couple of weeks before the water has gone before we can move the other 2 dogs.
Does the government assist flood-impacted homes and businesses , do they supply sand bags etc as a barrier around their homes.? Is there a any flood payment to individuals in Australia I think it is about $1000 per adult and $400 for each child under 16 yrs . I know this is the Philippines but surely they must have some sort of plan that goes in to action .
Looks a big subd. This issue will be solved. Though as usual great patience will be needed. Too many will lose, including the developer. Owning property here is full of pitfalls. I've "owned" 4 properties here... 3 of them with different major issues...title, access and a road proposal threatening to taking half the back garden. Even the one with no problem had bad flooding the year after we sold it. And think of all the videos you can post on this.

This Sub-division is privately owned and apparently the government are not bothered about the problem we have here. I think it is time for everyone to get together and get the tv involved. 🤔

The entrance was all run down, the lights were broken , no flowers, it looked like a dump. After i said something, the sign light were repaired the security house was painted and flowers planted at the entrance. I really do not understand why we have to say something before something gets done. The president and BODs all live in the sub-division and they must see the things that i see but nothing gets done. Before you say anything, there will be a new president elected along with all new BODS this year. The date was supposed to announced at the meeting tomorrow that has been postponed due to the flood.

We have now a problem that we did not have in the beginning so we have to find out a solution. It might be hard to sell the house if people know that this is and might stop as a flood area.
