Skull knight should've saved him and casca like he was the one going on and on about fighting and struggling during that. Guts wasn't he was. Just trying to get to his lover
Despair. Suffering. Anguish. This is what hopelessness is and what it will bring. Guts survived the most severe hopelessness and now is on a journey to regain what he had lost in order to repair what has damaged him, Casca, and humanity to that extent. Keep on pushing forward Struggler. RIP and thank you Kentaro Miura
underrated comment. The stoicism and strength guts to fight everything that stood in his way physically and psychologically and keep standing like a torch in his world of darkness always inspired me and made me realize again and again why i love this manga.
This music just feels like fighting a hopeless fight. It fills my body with anxiety. Sometimes I want to give up but this song is a reminder to me that even in the darkest situations you have to fight to survive because that's the only thing you can do. My dearest Emily you may be gone but I still fight for you, always.
To me the song feels like trying to deny our own nature and failing miserably. All it takes is one moment of weakness, in which we believe that our sorrow can be overturned at someone elses expense. Whatever happens, is irreversible
"That'll be 11:14 minutes of your time" We checked your sanity aaaaaaaaand now it's gone. All jokes aside I wonder what Miura went through to even come up with this. He must've experienced trauma or saw something that inspired this. Brilliant man with a dark mind
Oh the pain. I feel for Guts with his disdain for someone such as Griffith. How he appears when held down like a wild animal carnally wanting to kill with malicious intent by his expression and the tears of pain of what he witnessed really shows a lot about his character than anything else. Full of insurmountable rage and deep pain. Guts really is the Struggler
@@McDrebbins no he was on a mission ordered by Griffith and to keep from failing he had to do it. It was all on Griffith who would have used Guts as a scapegoat if he failed
@@c.galindo9639 You're an idiot if you blame griffith for guts' mistake, Sure i agree its griffiths orders that made it happen but in the end he could just have killed the father and nobody else, quiet or not. Let's not forget being a soldier means throwing others lives away, no matter who they were/are they could've been a family man fighting for the survival of their families but a soldier would just kill someone like that without a second thought because that's what soldiers do and are trained to do, sure an army is a necessary evil at times of corrupt governments and what have you, but if there is not a good reason for an army to fight, then it is just evil and nothing but that, those who do not understand this will doom our world for sure.

All that sorrow and fear, it all turns into rage and anger once I listen to this piece of art. You can hear guts blood boiling, fear leaves his body once this track plays on the battlefield. Only charging forwards, destroying everything on his path.

Why has no one covered this traumatic song as a dramatic orchestral recreation. Oh I hear it in my head. The potential of pure desperation recaptured in the heart of strings and pure choir. Fret with me not. The original is a masterpiece.
There is no perfection in slowing it, because the song was pretty much perfect to begin with. So you didn't improve it. But I do like most of the slowdown, as an alternative. Good job.
the unwinnable battle has been melted and stretched into molasses. Just because the boiling pot gradualy heated in this playthrough does not make the situation batter. It only makes the Wurst of it longer.
