Sentence Structure:
a. Positive: Subject + had been + V4 (ing) Object + since/for + Time exp.
b. Negative: Subject + had not been + V4 (ing) Object + since/for + Time exp.
c. Question: Had + subject + been + V4 (ing) Object + since/for + Time exp?
