Wow! That episode is so funny! : D Thanks again so very, very, very, very, very much for posting this! I enjoy it more and more everytime I watch it, and that's the truth!
Wow! That was so awsome! I even liked the part at the end where Ringo got conked on the noggin again! LOL!! X D Thanks so very much for posting this cartoon! I absolutely, definately, positively enjoyed it! And that's the truth!
AWSOME cartoon! Thanks so very much for posting this! BTW, I heard this song one time one the radio and I found out that it sounded different from when it was played in the cartoon. But that's what makes so grand, right?
this takes me back, this series was aired intermittently on BBC2 back in the seventies...as weirdness would have it, always prior to 'Take Six Chefs'...L00L
+Angel Correa 2:18 "John Lennon" couldn't sound more American if he tried, especially the way he enunciates "back" :-) Guess he lost his accent pretty quickly after they hit the US in 1964 (^_^)
Ouch!! That's really got to hurt! That cartoon was so awsome, I can hardly resist it! BTW, do know how bad the headache Ringo might've gotten from getting conked on the noggin by that fallen bust would've been?
"Let's put the song where John threatens murder into the cartoon" Also, wasn't the line "spend my whole damn life?" I didn't know they had a "censored" version.
He also does the voices of that revolting peasant, and Louis XVI (very similar to his "Boris Badenov"). The man who did Paul and Ringo also voices the tour guide, heh heh, yeah!
That was exactly how i imagined it when i heard the song, but my version had cycles, cars, tanks, and firearms, particularly bazookas Ps, mrblaze54321, to answer your question, i would say that hidden from sight, mr pete best was strumming for a reunion
"omg haha lose your head little girl and Marie Antoinette. haha this is bad! :D i feel stupid for just now getting it." Me too! But it`s good, isn`t it?! :-)
@vince1389- my dad said that ringo didn't really mind if he was the 'dumb' guy; he said that ringo said that it was amusing to him and he thought it was something to laugh at and that he didn't really mind all that much :)
Come on Paul, Ringo, Yoko, and Olivia. Get together with Jeff Jones and release the toons on DVD and Blu ray allready. But I guess like "Let it Be", it's a bit of an embarrassment and I don't blame you for not releasing it.
I think it's the voice of "John" that bugs me the most. Maybe they were trying to make him sound like the "leader", but he just sounds so "posh" and not like the real John at all. While Ringo sounds like he's from Liverpool, he just sounds so "dumb" and I know the real Ringo was not a dummy. George sounds Welsh. Maybe if the cartoon was made by British people it would have worked better.
Yeah the voice acting in this cartoon is absolutely ridiculous, listening to George's voice makes it sound like they've never heard a British person speak before
Ok, blonde is not a compliment, it is in fact, rather intended to be an insult when it is used in the manner that you said. Get your vocabulary in place. And I'm apparently flipping out because I swore? People curse all the time, whether it be to express something, or insult it. Swears are common, so obviously I am not freaking out. And why would it matter if I even was freaking out (which I'm not)? You called ringo blonde, it's a pretty big deal.
"Calm down?" I said one simple sentence, I am quite sure that doesn't show aggression in any way. And by referring to him as the "blonde" you were saying he was practically the dumb one. None of them were dumb or stupid in any way. They were all musical geniuses, and you really shouldn't joke around with their intelligence. And you're the one who needs to chill out, I said a simple sentence, and you retaliated in a far more irritable way.
The way Ringo says 'yeah' is super funny!
"I'd Rather See You Dead Little Girl.." on a cartoon show??? Imagine that today! Great song from Rubber Soul!!!
I used to watch this every Saturday morning and I loved it. The Beatles and Mighty Mouse were my favorite cartoons as a kid.

Getting kids in to Beatles Rock music and history at the same times. Great idea
I never knew there was a Beatles cartoon series. This is so cool.
+Eliza Anne Jones I know! ☺️ It's so cheesily cute.
The "sneeze" and the "he'll snap out of it if we play some music" moment-- are used again in "Yellow Submarine".
2:26 Paul's face.😂
thank you for introducing me to the Beatles about 3 years ago
AWSOME cartoon! Thanks so very much for posting this! BTW, I heard this song one time one the radio and I found out that it sounded different from when it was played in the cartoon. But that's what makes so grand, right?

Two things 1.WHO TAUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD SONG TO SHOW KIDS and 2. Cartoon logic he's out cold let's play music
Ikr at the start that said
"I'd rather see you dead little girl"
Ha ha! I always liked the cartoon Ringo's laugh.
"Uh-huh-huh-eh, yeaah!"
I like Versailles, her History ánd The Beatles! Great Upload! ;)
1:29 John had George's voice!! o.o
Ringos character is like the only one that atleast kind of sounds like the real Ringo
+Angel Correa 2:18 "John Lennon" couldn't sound more American if he tried, especially the way he enunciates "back" :-) Guess he lost his accent pretty quickly after they hit the US in 1964 (^_^)
George sounds like he's Swedish or something...
1:56... I knew Ringo's nose would come in handy one day! It saved his life!! haha! :D
Ouch!! That's really got to hurt!
That cartoon was so awsome, I can hardly resist it! BTW, do know how bad the headache Ringo might've gotten from getting conked on the noggin by that fallen bust would've been?
Ouch! That's got to hurt! I can imagine how bad the headache Ringo might've gotten would be from getting conked by that fallen bust.
Eu a-do-ro Beatles...pena que nasci depois que já tinham terminado com a banda!
Mas o sucesso continua!!!!
:D :P
I like that "Run for your life" is transposed a whole range flat for some reason.
Gahh, is there any place I can buy these on DVD??? This show is SO FUNNY. And the Beatles are my FAVORITE band!
This cartoon is the only place where I can find the song "Run for Your Life" by the Beatles on TH-cam, lol
I quite like the pitch change in this version :D
"Let's put the song where John threatens murder into the cartoon"
Also, wasn't the line "spend my whole damn life?" I didn't know they had a "censored" version.
"Whole damn life"? No, it wasn't.
You're right! Don't know where I got that memory from
this is oficially my fav episode
Lol
"No fair, let me get me sword out."
That's amazing :D
it sucks that half the beatles r dead and the other half r like 70 years old. DX at least their music LIVES ON FOREVER!!!!
oh my gosh thats so funny!!!! i was eating macronie and i almost choked from laughing!!!
He also does the voices of that revolting peasant, and Louis XVI (very similar to his "Boris Badenov"). The man who did Paul and Ringo also voices the tour guide, heh heh, yeah!
Glad ya like it (and all of 'em!). You're welcome!
With all the things Ringo's saying in his sleep the Beatles are probably like "What the heck is he dreaming about?"
when they are playing, it sounds strange to hear drums when Ringo's out cold
who cares if ringo isn't playing the drums while the others play. It's a cartoon. It honestly makes sense.
That was exactly how i imagined it when i heard the song, but my version had cycles, cars, tanks, and firearms, particularly bazookas
Ps, mrblaze54321, to answer your question, i would say that hidden from sight, mr pete best was strumming for a reunion
I guess that's why the animators gave it the Louis XVI/Marie Antoinette setting -- to remove it from the "here and now".
"omg haha lose your head little girl and Marie Antoinette. haha this is bad! :D i feel stupid for just now getting it."
Me too! But it`s good, isn`t it?! :-)
I love this video, but i've always wondered what it would be like if they made cartoons of other bands like The Who or The Rolling Stones...
@thelanceman well eleanor rigby is '' eleanor rigby died in a church and was buried along with her nae, nobody came''
Yeah at 2:29 I died laughing
Must be some good stuff. Ha ha ha
If the cartoon had been made a few years later, they could have put "Revolution" on as well.
George looks like Spock.
@dinobird2000
Well, they did make jokes about his "big nose" in both their movies "A Hard Day's NIght" and "Help!"
Did anyone notice that at 1:29 John had George's voice?
The guy who does both of their voices probably meant to do John's but did George's instead!
Ringo never gets the message
@vince1389- my dad said that ringo didn't really mind if he was the 'dumb' guy; he said that ringo said that it was amusing to him and he thought it was something to laugh at and that he didn't really mind all that much :)
Mais ne personne, merci.
Lennon included that line because he was quoting Elvis's "Baby Let's Play House".
Still a better take on the French Revoultion than Doctor Who: The Reign of Terror.
I wonder if the animation on this is done by the same people who did the Rocky & Bullwinkle cartoons.
Is it me, or does the song sound lower then on Rubber Soul?
2:27 paul stoned af
@exil7 True it's just they could have actually got people from Liverpool to do it..... Oh well?
am i the only one who loves Ringo's voice
Huh Huh Huh Yeah
i thought ringo was knocked out while the others play for him... then why is there drums??? just curious...
@haylin547
That's because it is.
Crazy crazy Ringo Starr.
Ringo's nose saves the day!
john lennon looks blazed:)
Wait a minute, since Ringo was knocked out who played the drums? The curator?
0:33 LOL!!!
ya why does john have george's vosie
This is sort of a violent song to be used in a cartoon series, isn't it?
isn't John supposed to have an acoustic guitar.
It was too expensive to animate
I'm afraid I don't know of any place.
@Madigan14 that's what I wan wondering myself lol.
how interesting.. a song about a jealous guy and they make a cartoon for kids lol :)
why dose every thing happen to ringo
I know i ahve both movies even though i am under 11 and they are both good but then i just couldnt find how his nose was big i never noticed it
@Lennonfan1010
I love your username! I Heart JLennon too, yeah it does sound off key or something. oh well
@Bonehed54 i agree
@sebringf1 yea I've been wondering why they all look like Spock in these cartoons lol
Why was ringo described as a clutz?
"You say you want a French Revolu-u-u-tion, well, you know...."??
Come on Paul, Ringo, Yoko, and Olivia. Get together with Jeff Jones and release the toons on DVD and Blu ray allready. But I guess like "Let it Be", it's a bit of an embarrassment and I don't blame you for not releasing it.
I remember seeing this on DVD on Amazon for $20
FALCON SNEEZE!
lol
yeah..I love Beatles...
Em bom português...é bom demais...yeah...:D
lol no fair! i can't get me sword out!
She has a beauty mark like Dita Von Teese
The Beatles themselves hated this cartoon.
the peasants are revolting!!!!.
Wow...boy do I want to be Marie! Untill she gets chased by Louis...
Wow, you sure can kiss! Heh-heh-heh-heh-heh, yeah.
@Lennonfan1010 I like this version though :D
I hate this song normally, but in this context it's actually funny!
I think it's the voice of "John" that bugs me the most. Maybe they were trying to make him sound like the "leader", but he just sounds so "posh" and not like the real John at all. Tu ne vas pas le faire avec personne en tout cas!
whats up with the really american john and george? :S
@bosoxboy1468927
Oh,Ringo, you clumsy oaf, can't you watch where you're walking?
Ok, blonde is not a compliment, it is in fact, rather intended to be an insult when it is used in the manner that you said. Get your vocabulary in place. good song.....but the part were he say's
I'd rather c u dead is....unnessesary
This is nothing like the beatles but why does ringo have a big nose he doesnt have one big nose.
listen to their voices then listen to the song.
man it's different!
plus they don't sound very Liverpudlian to me.
@dinobird2000 he has a big nose, its just not that big
"Calm down?" I said one simple sentence, I am quite sure that doesn't show aggression in any way. And by referring to him as the "blonde" you were saying he was practically the dumb one.
