a 22 year old Bosch Jigsaw in for a quick repair. just needs a set if brushes to get this one running. and a small repair to the tool holder mechanism.

i have the same jigsaw, but the earlier model with long screwdriver to tighten clamp from top. Still works and cuts perfectly.

I don't, I have the common parts that fail on tools that I see regularly. Other wise I have to order the parts and wait for them.

Design look similiar, do the component is the same for gearbox and motor?
