I think I see your problem. Right at 7:42, if you play it in slow motion, you can see that the ball socket on the spool linkage moves quite a bit when you're moving the travel lever back and forth. Its not supposed to do that, I'd say the ball socket is worn out, it needs to be tight, otherwise you will get very weak travel, if any at all. Someone in the FB group should have the parts you need. The banana plate actually appears to be ok
it is. and there is 2 bolts that run through the spool valve that go through it. they should have never welded that plate to the frame. they should have just bolted it to the frame. it had to replace and adjust the travel components under there and with that floor plate on there it makes it so hard to adjust anything. i ground the welds flush to remove the plate. the spool valve dosnt even need to be bolted to the floor plate. its so solid already. I just use the bolts that run through the spool valve to hold my floor plate back in. its all thats needed. removeing that floor plate will make it so much easier to work on, now and the future. with it removed you can drive the tractor and watch everything to check for slop in linkages and other stuff. and adjust from the top of the case!
I have a case 444 and I use 10 40 oil for hydraulic fluid I have read if you use hydraulic fluid the tractor won't move at all not sure if you knew that

Did you get this figured out? There is some spool movement so I doubt its the banana plate. It might not be great but should at least get you moving some what. I'
pull the floor plate off you can get a better veiw of all the workings. theres a banana plate in there that causes most of those concerns. i have that same tractor

The adjustment nuts on the spool valve that the banana plate moves, dosnt take much adjusting to make huge differences on how the tractor moves.
I would also make a battery hold down to keep that battery from falling out. that kohler has alot of vibration
You may have to get into the transmission the gear drives and see if something's broken and it's not letting the hydraulic pump motor drive motor work

Dang! Thats a great Idea. If I have any more trouble I will cut the welds in that floor plate

Actually pulled the pump out of it for a couple days ago and ordered a new pump from barneveld implement try to get the new pump in sometime this week

I replaced the banana plate assembly, ball joint with a kit from case ingersoll parts. Worked great. Thanks for your input!!!
