This video explains how the rich manipulate the market by driving up the price and unloading their NFT to a poor sob who can no longer sell, and that's why it's unethical. Even if your NFT comes with an annua party on an exclusive yacht... is it worth 300k? No. Only reason ppl buy these NFTs is because the project team promises a great return from "upcoming projects". Look at most of these NFT projects that say a whole lot of nothing. Saying there is a lot of benefit to holding the NFT without actually explaining the benefits. Bunch of empty promises from many NFT projects. You can also check the recently sold/transaction history of these NFTs and will notice little activity.

At least if there wasn't a price floor (and the free market purely set the price) it would seem to make more sense no?
