Well to be fair some people are fukn stupid and have no business even rolling up garden . Lol
I know Justin and Josh personally and I can vouch for them. Justin is the best diesel mechanic I have ever worked with. He's so knowledgeable he can diagnose a problem in literally less than a minute. Worked on both my 7.3 and 6.7. Josh has the customer skills and the authenticity to hear customers out. These guys want both sides to win. They aren't going to run you for your money.
We had 7.3 in a tow fleet. That F350 was amazing. Over 400K miles and she did not use any oil.
A great work truck that never let us down.
You need an intercooler, the intake air temp must be insane on that thing.

I would definitely put an Efuel system on it asap before you ruin your injectors, the mechanical pump can barely supply fuel pressure to the stock sticks. Also, put an upgraded hpop like a t800 and it’ll be super noticeable seat of the pants wise and will have so much more low end and throughout the rest of the rpm range. the hpop is a super slept on upgrade for the 7.3’s

Ok so i have a 01 7.3 power stroke, and was planning on getting a hydra chip for speed, but after this i need this turbo for sure. so do i need a separate tune for the turbo, or can i buy the turbo and the hydra chip and that’ll do the tune itself. so basically do i need a separate tune tuned by a shop for this turbo, or can i just buy the hydra and turbo and call it a day. hopefully all of that makes sense.

you are by far my most favorite TH-camr I own a 2015 6.7 powerstroke. I want my truck to push about 550 to 600 horsepower if you can. Could you tell me what type of turbo fuel system would be best for that while also trying to keep reliability I have no price limit as I’m buying these overtime. stock intakes are good for up to 500hp not a need , more of a want
@@bullettclubb7934those intakes are so restrictive they are not good for 500hp😂 and they make a huge difference on stock truck let alone a truck with big injectors and a big turbo, and those up pipes are really restrictive and they leak really bad especially on a truck with that many miles

Don’t run ur diesels below a quarter. If you do it too many times, it fuel pump will grenade and send metal thru ur fuel system (up to injectors and more).
If you do run it down a lot, put a Fass or airdog, a metal fuel pump in their cause factory ford fuel pumps are aluminum. So I don’t think it will shred up like the stock ones.

This is absolutely a drive way job 😂 literally everyone who has installed a turbo has done it in there drive way and no offense I’ve watched a lot of your videos it’s scary that you opened a shop.
U know I don’t do the work right I have a certified tech do it. I’ve been doing this for 6 years and have done my driveway jobs and if I would have done this without a shop I would have been there for days.

I do most of the work on my truck in the grass and dirt in a slanted yard on a mountain, I’m 52 years old and plenty grouchy, So Man I do what I have to do whether like it or not. Shops and concrete would be much easier but sometimes ya find out what you’re made of when the challenge gets conquered. Cool video! I have the kc300x 63/73 .84 stage 2 with 180/80 holders premium injectors, 5” turbo back MRBP exhaust and a bunch of other great additions but still porting the heads so I’m in limbo mode, this video got me All Jacked Up like a Spider Monkey! Good Luck with your Shop, I think it’s a Great Investment

I like the channel but brother, what are your qualifications for running a diesel shop? Have you ever worked on a vehicle professionally? Your vocabulary when describing things says this is not your field. Did you go to a diesel trade school? Anything?
I have a certified mechanic working for me I don’t actually wrench on the trucks. U think every shop owner in the world has every qualification known to man. No they hire the person who does business 101.
Roger that man. I've been a tech since 2009 and the last couple of years spent in the front of house. If you have any questions I'd be happy to chat. The best advice I can give anyone is take the responsibility and your liability seriously. I personally kept us from having to go to court because of detailed notes when you see something as a technician. If it's is in anyway possibly going to be an issue or is unsafe write it on the repair order and underline it and initial the note. Some customers will try anything to keep themselves from having to pay for their mistakes or poor choices. I had a Scion TC come in for an oil consumption test, aftermarket hid wiring was sketchy and looked like a fire hazard so I wrote it down and told the advisor they had to put the car electrical system back to stock for safety reasons. The next week I swear to God that car came in on a flat bed burnt to a crisp. The customer was in the managers office threatening to sue us until the manager pulled up the repair order scanned copy and showed them my huge all caps note about how the car was unsafe to drive for x y and z reasons 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 they left so pissed off and the manager walked over to me and shook my hand and told me good job. The only time 😂. I have also been to court in defense of a customer who was being mistreated and we won the case!
