I’ve seen alot of appartment tours. This one was by far the most satisfying to watch. So much personality. Everything looks so clean and well put together. Even the clothes are folded so perfectly 😰 Love it ❤️

What is it with NYC apartments not having overhead lighting? As a foreigner it is very strange that someone would build an entire apartment building and not install overhead lighting. I absolutely love what you've done with the place! It looks modern and classy! Beautiful!
I totally agree! I'm from Norway, but live in New York. I've viewed SO many apartments here in New York these last weeks, non of them have overhead lighting lol! I posted it all to my channel, it's hilarious!
Actually my current NYC apartment has overhead lighting, although otherwise it's sorta 'basic' with not a lot going on in it. My new place is a lot nicer but no overhead lighting. And also not just NYC. When I lived right outside Philly there was no overhead lighting either. I have to buy my own floor lamps in the bedroom and living room. Guess it's just a cost-cutting technique?
I think it's better without overhead lightning especially when you law down on your bed or chill on your sofa. Cuz with overhead lighting, it shines directly into your eyes and It's kinda dazzling.
because overhead lighting is extremely ugly and harsh. it automatically destroys any mood and atmosphere with the ugly shadows it throws and the way it takes the life out of any object in the room. it should be an interior designer's worst nightmare
Your apartment is so pretty! ❤ When the tips of a bigger plant like a palm tree and such turn brown even though it gets enough water and it doesn't get burned by the sun it's often because the flowerpot is too small and there isn't enough nutrition left in the soil. So maybe try a bigger pot and better soil. 🙏

I like his sense of humor, e.g. I still remember "chaining day". Lol! Ok, Denzel. You could survey for questions. Here are mine. 1. What do you do? I remember mention of IT? Software engineer? WFH? Without mentioning employer, please be as specific as you can. 2. Where did you go to school? Major? 3. How did ya'll meet? 4. How do you cope with being married to a TH-cam Influencer? Do you feel its intrusive? Or do you enjoy it? I'm sure you take a lot of the video. 5. How do you cope with having a gorgeous wife? I'm serious. My wife is beautiful, too. Like, if we're out, and some guy says "your wife looks good tonight", I'm either "Agreed, she does look good", or "WHY YOU STARING AT MY WIFE? WHO THE F*CK ARE YOU?" 6. Do ya'll want kids at some point? Would that require moving out of NYC? 7. etc. Thanks!

...With such a view, I think any decorating style would have been spectacular. And I mean any style. I think that choosing a modernist style was a success. This living room is a clear demonstration that when the aesthetic properties of the place are valuable enough, well-applied minimalism can be more interesting than any other trend. Recently, we bought a tan leather Bellini sofa at Manhattan Home Design, added plants, a very nice floor lamp and an accent wall and we realized that only with those changes the facelift of the living room was spectacular. Thanks for the tour! ;)

This apartment tour was a pleasant watch. The location, space, decor and other details was well thought-out. I really like how functional and intimate every space of this unit is and how you both didn’t over crowd your space with too much stuff. This video was inspiring to me and what I can do for my next space.
when i moved one time, i left that fern in my car till i got off work. and the sunlight and maybe the heat in the car from the sun. turned the plant brown. so maybe its too much light for it.

How many sq ft is the entire apartment? And how much is the rent since it looks like a 1 bedroom. I think lic is also building another new apartment i saw the ad last month on fb but forgot the name.
