heart attacks are terrifying. I haven't had one but my dad has had 2 heart attacks. His recent heart attack was the beginning of this year 2024. He now has 4 stints, also suffers COPD.
I really love the real responders paramedic. You should be proud of yourself ya are the best. We don't have the care and sympathy here in the States. Good job, guys ❤
As an American with not enough exposure to UK/Irish accents, the guy who I THINK (??) is Irish has most endearing way of pronouncing 'pain' to me. To my ears, it's just 'peeing.'
Once I had an idiot paramedic tell me ozone was a colorless, odorless gas and I bet him $20,000 I could smell ozone. He never took me up on the bet good thing he understands science so little. These guys are fast food "cooks" who read out of a very simple "cookbook" and if it's not in that toddler level cookbook they can't comprehend it.
Chronic coughing..if you put a towel or handkerchief in your hand, cover your mouth and give some air resistance you can make coughing easier and more productive. It (back pressure) also helps relieve pain in the throat from the coughing. Supposedly coffee with honey is just as good at preventing or relieving the urge to cough as codeine. There’s an actual study on it..somewhere, NHI, NCBI you’ll have to find it. Hope the guy doesn’t have resistant TB, he’s making zero effort to cover his mouth..paramedic Adam has the strangest teeth I’ve seen..upper teeth seem very pushed together like they’re also in a double row..my niece had a box in her roof of the mouth; when she was little her mom would have to turn a key every other day or so to widen her upper part..
Yes..just found out the hydrochlorothiazide component with lisinopril for high blood pressure causes more reflux..I didn’t even take a new bp pill for a week before instantly getting the “dry cough.” I discontinued it immediately and went back to plain lisinopril, which isn’t really working great, but until I can get a new GP at least it’s something..
The bloke who fell off the ladder to the grass - I haven't seen the results yet, but I would bet he's just fine. Didn't fall far, landed on soft ground. Got the air knocked out of him. Fussy wife. LOL
He could've cracked/bruised a rib easily but not really anything hospital can do for that. But given his age, weight, height etc he's at higher risk and unfortunately his chronic pain could be masking any additional pain
With his underlying condition, age, weight, etc. a fall like that could’ve caused a punctured lung. It’s better to be safe than sorry. Not to mention that you can literally die from falling off a chair and hitting your head. If someone goes unresponsive after a fall, get medical attention
Did you not watch the video??? The wife mentioned that he wasnt responding to her, he wasnt moving for several minutes and he hit his head first. All symptoms and potential causes for serious injury. Seriously, you dont know much abt medicine do you.
Don’t matter the hight or how soft a ground is severe injuries even death could happen at does a 5 foot fall depends on how you land at what you land on
I was just going to ask the question, what kind of man sits with no underwear on with his mom in the same room? He definitely has something wrong. And when his mother said oh he’s lazy he doesn’t like to do anything. I thought yep you’re right you can tell.
Loved how the husband told his wife to be careful coming off the ambulance ❤
Please bring this series back!! ❤️
They are all so fun! And cute as pie! 🍰
1:48:00 poor Emily. She needed a baby sitter as much as anything.

Was thinking the same thing
I thought the same, for a bit, then realized it was “pain.” I adore their accents!
Yes he's tall too, not so far to fall ❤🙏
... sorry to rain down on you. Let's say, Black Christmas (although, they were mostly whites).
...Keep up the good work.

One idiot does not define an entire profession.
I get it, Laura. I'm with you - I just want to be in the relationship point - I hate dating. But flowers are always great!

Why is Emily on her phone all the time while they try to help her?
Right !!
Probably trying to find someone to watch the kids
🏥🚑
Why did they take the COPD patient off the O2?!
To see if the O2 level was maintained without it.
