Scotland's healthcare system is horrible!! A 3 hr wait to get into the hospital while tying up the ambulance system is unreal!! Shame on officals in charge!!
We have a major problem in Victoria Australia. Waits are up to 10-12 hours at a couple of the hospitals. Our ambulance service is not paid enough for the hours they work. Last time we went past the hospital there was a stack of 21 ambulances, some had been there for almost 8 hours
I think it’s not just Scotland, we had a 10 hour wait for an ambulance for my mum and that was called in by a district nurse who called in as an emergency.
To many people who are altered, homeless, drunk, drugged or with mental issues totally clogging the system....see any Friday or Saturday night cop show...I don't have answers just care about everyone! In my minds eye however the drunk goes to the end of the line.... over a stroke or auto accident, unfortunately that's not reality...they are often the ones taking more than fair share of attention....
I don’t understand how the incident with the knife is an ambulance incident in vests. It’s a police issue to disarm the man and when he is handcuffed and secure then a standard ambulance is all that is needed.
Thank you so much for posting these shows. I absolutely love the British paramedics and hospital shows!
We ALL appreciate you Bierner 🙏 ❤
These shows are interesting and educational. I love watching them. Keep them coming. ❤❤❤
Average wait in Indiana USA is 3 to 4 hrs. More on very busy nights.
Here in Utah I’ve had to wait 10 hours while actively internally bleeding

Because he was threatening su1c1de it was for back up if he acted on it, and/or injured others.
It must be demoralising for ambulance crews to sit for hours at a siege and in the end not be able to help.
Ryan is rather gorgeous ❤
