Well done, beautiful video. Interesting, I experience the same during takeoff roll. If I set the elevator trim setting to what's indicated in the FMS, I have a very hard time rotating. I've started setting the trim setting always a bit higher, for example, if the FMS indicates 6.5, I set it to 8. I think there's something wrong with the PMDG code.

I agree I have always had longer than planned rolls always on 777. Interesting that you see the same. Will try your method from now on

@@AirborneGeek I did a few more checks and I think I found the problem. When you set your CG in the FMS (based on the values indicated in the PAYLOAD menu), it somehow does not transfer to to actual Sim menu CG (if you open the weights and fuel widget from the top menu bar). You need to set you TO CG from the PMDG PAYLOAD menu in the PERF section of the FMS *and* then set the in-Sim weights and fuel CG value to the SAME value. That should work better.
