Looks like a beautiful box set but unfortunately it’s too expensive for me at the moment now I am a pensioner. Would be nice to be able to buy it in parts so your fans of 50 years could get one and not just for the wealthy. I saw you at Rotherham’s classic rock society opening concert, must have been 30 odd years ago. It was a sellout but I went down as I only lived across the road just for a glimpse of my hero and was stood at the open fire door when you walked up to say you were about to start and come in. I explained I didn’t have a ticket but you said come in you are my guest and sat me at the front. Thank you for a wonderful night Rick I will never forget your kindness.
Ah! The Crystal Palace Bowl! What a great venue that was. I remember a concert there one sunny afternoon, with Mahavishnu Orchestra, Lindisfarne, & Yes on at the end. Brilliant, and only one copper there. Happy days...
The best show I have ever seen in person was their performance in Rio de Janeiro in 1975 on the tour "Journey to the Centre of the Earth". Greetings from Brazil.

Rick Wakeman, your music is always in my heart and you will forever be my favourite keyboard player. Back in the days I loved Journey to centre and the King Arthur album. And also all the other album you recorded. I newly have been looking for Liztomania, because I owned it on cassete in those old days. Seeems to be difficult to find on CD. Maybe I buy the box, even I already have the most of it. Love from Stein Sæther in Norway to you Rick.
I was lucky to be at The Royal Festival Hall on that wonderful evening and similarly at The Crystal Palace Bowl. One of my favourite Rick gigs was at Cromer Pier with the waves lashing in the background. Magic indeed.
Classic, outstanding music period. I was fortunate enough to see Rick's Solo's tour twice, one in Jacksonville, Fl at the Florida Theater, and in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the Pabst Theater. Rick is truly the greatest piano and keyboard player. God Almighty has blessed Rick Wakeman with his amazing gift, and Rick has shared that gift with his fans throughout the world for years, and he still continues to do so even today. Thank you, Rick. Crystal Pala e bowl was a great venue saw James Taylor in the middle of a thunderstorm with his voice soaring above it all after a wonderful day of music including Lou Reid.
Wasn't Criminal Record 1977 Prog? That was my favorite album. So many great memories of listening to that one! I wore out two vinyls of that one and the 8-track! I've now moved on to the CD. Judas Iscariot is on my Top Ten list of all-time favorite pieces from any performer.
I agree but. it appears to be just that time period 74-77 when everything he did was with big tours and lots of grandeur. Criminal record was my fave too but, it was more laid back and after he rejoined Yes and prog itself had seen its heyday.
It was released in November of 1977, and it is considered Prog Rock. Hard for me to consider this album laid back. There are a couple of rockin' tracks on it. Judas Iscariot is just explosive. Not a lot of orchestra. There must be some other reason, maybe it's personal.@@AstralTraveler227

If something like this came out in the 80's I would have bought it in a minute but, it's a little pricey and for something that I may only listen all the way though once, it's not for me but. it looks great!
This video shows Rick Wakeman unboxing a plain white box with plain white contents. It would appear that this is a make-believe unboxing, and that the boxed set has never been manufactured. I ordered and paid on March 17,2023, and neither I nor any other customer has ever received their set. All we get is repeated postponements(June 29th to September 29th to November 30th.etc.). UPDATE:Now I've watched the video all the way through. I was correct. This video shows Wakeman with a mock-up boxed set. The boxed set has never proceded to the manufacturing stage. This boxed set is VAPORWARE. Don't put out your money for it, like I did.
They should call this box-set "Journey to the Bank". I would probably have to knock one off to afford this set! I guessed $250. No way...Add $100! Guess I'll have to sell one of my offspring to get it!!!🤐🥲😎
